    • Is not that no one cares, but do you think no one else has its own issues?America has most homeless people than any other country. Russia is poor as fuck, and all of eastern europe. Balkan is still recovering from the war,and people work for 150 euros a month (that is IF they can find a job) Electric, water and heat bills cost more than half of that. What do you want those people to do,with all of problems on their own?You want everyone to ignore their own,and help other countries while their people starve and freeze?

    • Not to offend you. But most women in Afghanistan absolutely reject the Western lifestyle. They only want the war to end. Their children to be fed and their men to go to work. Since Usa left, there is peace in this country. And although the West is blackmailing the Afghans at the moment they are happy with the new government and resilient. And another point. Both men and women were severely oppressed by western forces and before that by Russian forces. So I wish the Afghans the best, that they return to their culture of Islam, honesty, hard work, trade and happiness.

  • Fair play to ya mate. Videos like this are very important. I'm from Northern Ireland, and anytime I hear about Afghanistan all I think about is "Taliban" or "war". You give the civilians of Afghanistan a face and a voice. Just normal, hard-working people who are trying to live their lives. 20-30 years ago all you would have heard about Northern Ireland was violence, war and death. Yet most people just wanted to live their lives normally and in peace no matter their race, religion or creed.

We have leaders that talk and act like pubescent kids on twiiter. Go watch fox news buddy thats clearlt where you get your news. Smart people read history books not just from their country but other countries just like only idiots follow news thats in america. People that just want to live the best life as most want to do. Also, I would never go back and walk the streets as you have. You’re courageous and that should not be ignored. Oh, and some of their food is actually really good! Our awesome terp would bring me some.

    • It is not safe. Stop being so naive. Yes you can go to Afghanistan 10 times and come out alive ,but do it enough times eventually your luck will run out. The more times you go the higher your chances of being kidnapped greatly increases. For an example just like those girls who went solo to Morocco and ended up being raped and decapitated by Islamic extremist. This is just scientific fact.

People willing to chat, warm welcome to a foreigner like him, and just the overall situation at the moment is peaceful. But anytime something bad can happen, and that's what he meant "not safe". Anytime a bomb or a gunfight can broke into the peaceful atmosphere.

I think people with situational awareness and an education to the actual dangers probably fare much better than some liberal ideologues on a fools errand to bring peace to the jihad.

    • @@lbillings6507 I don't think it's donations that are funding the Taliban. I think the United States is funding them in order to have a reason to stay in Afghanistan. Throughout history, whoever was a world power wanted to be in Afghanistan. Be it the Soviets, the Brits, or the Americans. Don't you think that after 18 years, the most powerful and advanced military force in the entire world would be able to defeat bearded men in sandals? You have a point, I too am suspicious of where donations go, so I vet the organization to make sure before donating. If done through the right channels, donations do go to those in need.
