ESPECIALLY if it's Trey.. he is the mastermind behind it, he has final say on everything and does the majority of the writing and directing. Matt is technically his partner but even by Matt's words, it's Trey's show.

They work 100 hours a week with a strict deadline to get the shows made. It's a difficult job both from a skill point of view and because of the long stressful hours. Recording the voices is only a small part of what they do. If you're saying nonsense like being a chef is more difficult you should watch '6 days to air' which is a documentary about making South Park. It's absolutely grueling, much more so than most animated shows and much more than being a fucking chef.
A lot of animations have like a hundred voice actors and these two legends here voice a whole town
