Dakota and Rocky are out for a day of calling. The coyotes are moving but they are staying out forcing some long-range shots. Then Lonny and Damon take out a friend for his first coyote hunt. He aims small and misses small when he takes a coyote with a headshot.

I don't know if everyone realizes how insane some of yalls shots are but dang am I glad that where I hunt 200 is a LONG shot. Meanwhile you guys are dropping dogs way beyond that like it's no big deal!
@larrysmith5473 Out west the land is mostly open unlike the heavily wooded and more densely populated east. Coyotes stay in and use the cover in the east so our shooting is closer range mostly but not always.

the head is bigger than or close to the same size as a lung/heart shot on a coyote.
