7. Rev Lunge w Tap
Cardio Workout Circuit 2: Sprint: 20 on 10 off
1. Half jacks
2. Bodyweight squats
3. Run in place
4. Power push-ups
5. Mountain Climbers
6. X hops
7. Thai knee
8. 3 punch and defense
9. Alt jump lunges
10. Double lateral hops
Abs Workout Circuit 3: 40 on 15 off
1. Bicycle Crunches
2. Plank Jacks
3. Flutter Kicks
4. Knee To Elbows

  • Seriously, I’m very thankful for your videos. I’m a big guy who can’t really do high impact stuff too much because of my joints (from carrying around this weight lol) so I’m very thankful for you adding in the low impact options. Aside from that, these workouts are quick, high tempo, and honestly just perfect. I really do appreciate all you do on this channel!!
