Let me tell you! 6/6/2023 was my due date. I didn’t want to go over. Early in the day, I did my workout ball, I went walking at the park, and I ended my day with this video. Within an hour, I start having cramps similar to menstrual cramps, and next thing you know, I started having contractions. First they were 20 minutes apart, then 15, 10, and then 5 to 6. My spouse said to make sure you write a review. Thank you so much for your informal video.😊
I cant believe i’m writing this right now but after I did the first position for 20 min, my water broke. 😳 currently admitted now.
Pray for me
I pray God blessings on you❤
How many weeks were you?
Tips starts at 4:30
Thanks
ty!!!
Thank you!!!!
Ty
Oh my goodness that’s halfway 😭 ty so much!
I tried this exercise on 18 February 2024 at 37 weeks pregnant, my water broke the next day and I went into labor. Currently 3 weeks postpartum and my baby and I are doing just fine. This video really helps thank you so much.
Congratulations!
You and I tried this exercise the same day! Congrats mama! I have my little one now too! 6 weeks old!
I can’t believe I’m adding my own comment on how effective this is! Did it yesterday afternoon and went into labor at 1am. After doing the first pose I immediately felt like baby was in a better position. I’m currently at the hospital just waiting to push. Thank you so much for sharing 💖
How far along were you?
@@alexisshirk9404 Exactly 39 weeks
😢 just got back from a walk. 38 wks +3days 2cm dialated and im so tired i wanna cry 😭 trying all this after dinner 😮💨 hopefully I end up meeting my 3rd baby 1st little boy by the morning or mid day 🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🥹
were you already dilated?
@@Userrandom44477 I’m not sure since I didn’t do cervical checks
Just came back to say I went into labor 24 hours later 🥰🥰🥰 at 40 weeks
My water broke 15 minutes after completing the first exercise. 😊 🤱
How many times can I do this a day? I’m 39+1 and I don’t wanna be induced. 😩 I did it once today but I wanna make sure I don’t over do it. I’ve been in early labor, stuck at 4cm for 1wk 2dys. Update: Ok I just did the first two 10-15 for the first, about half an hr for the second position & I’m SUPER crampy now. We’ll see 🤞🏽. I’ll update later. Update: Tried this again today just the first two. Water JUST broke on our way to the hospital. This worked like a charm.🤍🙏🏽 Update: Got to hospital was 6cm in active labor, had her 4 hrs later. Very quick delivery. Natural, unmedicated. If you needed a sign to try this. This is your sign. Wishing all you mamas a quick, safe and comfortable delivery.
Thank you love! I'll be trying this closer to my due date but first time going natural so pray for me ❤
Absolutely! So happy for you! Praying you have a healthy, safe, and comfortable delivery! I'm actually pregnant with my third as I type lol @@jasmineroberts6034
I did this on the 11th of September which was yesterday... this morning (12 September ) broke my waters when i woke up, and I delivered the baby ... healthy and happy at 38 weeks
😩 hoping for these results
@@soufbeauti any updates?
Were you already dilated passed 1-2cm? I'm currently 39weeks and 3 days and still at 1.5cm and hoping this helps progression, my doctor won't induce me till after 41 weeks but I have such bad anxiety about going passed 41 weeks.
@@jenna1866 your baby dropped?
So beautiful you had your baby on my birthday ♥️😉☺️
Coming back to say I did the first two positions on Feb. 17th JUST ONCE. I immediately noticed baby moved to a different position. Feb 18th I did all 3. The morning of February 19th my water broke. I KNOW it was because of this video and these positions!
I did the first 2 stretches thinking it would just help my back pain at 38 weeks and 5 days. That back pain turned into back labor and I had my son about 6 hours later! 😳🥰
Did you know if you were dialated before that and also did you lose your mucus plug before that??? Asking at 38 weeks and 4 days with half a centimeter dialated and mucus plug still intact. 😭😭
Just finished the first part and I’m definitely feeling the back labor too, had one contraction I felt in the front but we’ll see how this goes
@@kastoniacherry1819 any updates 😁?
OMG wow congratulations I'm scared to do this when I'm ready. I'm 28 weeks and 4 days
After doing this exercise, after how long baby popped out?
I just wanted to report that I did this video and I went into labor that next morning and gave birth at noon. So thank you for this because I was scheduled to get induced 😂
These exercises definitely help baby get down into your pelvis! I’m here to share that I did these last night along with another video as well. I started around 9:45p, went to bed around 11:45p, woke up to contractions at 5:00a, breathed through them until around 7:30a when I couldn’t take it anymore, called my husband to come home from work, he came and we left the house at 8:33a, by this time the contractions were wearing me out, we pulled up to the hospital as I looked at the clock in the car it said 8:56a and I barely made it to a bed and had her at 9:09a this morning! 😅 No epidural, no medications, thankfully! All I can say I can say be packed and fully ready to go before you start these exercises!!!
What other video did you do? 😄 I’m ready to get this baby out 😅
😊koop 5
I am going to try this exercise tonight, I am 39 weeks and 2 days gone,I am so tired 😢 can't wait to get baby out.
BIG thanks for this video! I was exactly 41 weeks yesterday with no labor in sight and worried I was going to need to be induced at the hospital instead of giving birth at the birth center like I’d planned. Did all the positions, 30 mins on each side. The comments had me soooo hopeful. And I woke up at 530am today in labor!!!!! 🎉🎉🎉 hoping baby girl comes out soon! THANK YOU!
Update plz dear how are you doing?
Yes, update please. 39 was 3 days here. Currently on 1st stretch. Getting help from comments
Did these exercises all day yesterday at 39+2 and she came this morning !
Fr?
Yung Koko yeah girl, I wasn’t dilating so looked up videos and found this one and this other video. Did them all day and evening and contractions started like at midnight She came the at noon 🕛
Did you know if she was anterior or posterior?? I’m just wondering if that matters for these or if baby will go into anterior (or stay in anterior) position after doing these!!
@@oliviamurdock5134 wondering the same, if posterior I'm assuming labor takes longer to kickstart
@@briannasanchez1853 which videos you followed?? Please mention
Can’t believe I’m commenting this…I did this full circuit, 30 min each stretch and my water broke 6 hours later 🙏🏼😮 I’m shook!!! Saving this for all my future pregnancies! I am 39w3d!!!
Im currently 40+5 and did this full workout three days in a row and my cervix hasnt dilated even a bit. This is my second pregnancy so I was hopeful this would help but no succes yet so any mama out there feeling the same - youre not alone ❤️
Try walking long distance then get in the tub it worked for me my second pregnancy!
I did this exactly at my 39weeks and it get me into labour and had my beautiful son 12hrs later 😊😊# first time mom❤
Congrats 🎉 how much time did u spent on each circuit?
38 weeks 4 days!! I can’t wait!!
I’m 39 weeks & 3 days with my second kiddo 💖 Definitely going to try these. The pressure down there has been real!
34 weeks! Just randomly found this & saved it for a few weeks from now!
This really works I started on Wednesday night went walking for a hr Thursday felt contractions that entire day and I had my baby girl Saturday @2:15am
Currently 29 weeks 2 days. I’m getting this information so I’m ready for when she is ready to come! 💓
I’m 40 weeks I sooo ready to see my baby now🥰♥️ I’m tired 😩🙏🏽
Went into labour an hour after I did the miles circuit, while I was doing the 2nd step, so thank you!
I’m 39 weeks and that first position has felt so good for the past 2 weeks 🤤
Im 39 weeks today and only 1cm dilated. I get induced next Thursday and have the baby exactly at 40 weeks if he doesn't come by his self. I need him out now!!
40 weeks today! First time mom waiting for baby girl 💗 hope this works for us!!!
I was 40+2 and did the whole circuit at 5 pm, I ate and went to bed. At midnight my water broke and 9 hours later my wonderful babygirl was born! Very thankful for this video.
This worked for me within a few hours...I went from needing an induction to almost delivering in my car 😂
😂😂 wow!! Congratulations! I hope you and the baby are in the best state of health and happiness
Did this the night before I went into labor. Not sure if it was the thing that kickstarted labor but it felt like it helped.
I'm 39 weeks 5 days... I had a failed induction on Monday. Now we have the NE snowstorm going on so I don't want labor now🤣 I'll try these this weekend when the roads are clear!
Not gonna lie- I didn’t believe the comments but… I watched this video after my doctor said I would have to be induced in a week or two because I wasn’t dilating. I did the first two circuit moves Wednesday at 11pm and began contractions at 3am the next day/morning. I pushed the baby out in two tries on Friday (5am). I did the circuit ONCE! Note- everyone and every pregnancy is different but BABYY!! I’ll give credit where credit is due. Thank you!!
Pose #1 broke my water as well!! I read through the comments and saw so many success stories that I just had to try it. Baby boy is 1.5 months old now, thank you!!
Congratulations!! 🤍🤍
@@CarlyWatson is it safe for a previous C-section mother please advise?
How long after the circuit is complete did u go into labor?
@@taylorfaulx7502 My water broke when I had DEEPLY relaxed into position one. We rushed to the hospital immediately after because it was obvious there was meconium in my amniotic fluid. That was at 8:30am, I gave birth at 5:23pm the same day. I should also mention that I had been doing the circuit as often as possible in the week leading up to birth, and my mucous plug was completely vacated as well
@@lindsaymadge6464 awesome thank you. Currently in position 1 and feel her moving around in there a lot!
This worked for me. At 40+4 last Friday with no previous signs of labour I was ready to try just about anything. I completed the circuit in the late afternoon by Saturday 1am I had my "show" and went into having contractions. My labour was long but that is also to be expected with first babies. My daughter was born Monday night.
I used this Miles Circuit 4 times total on the 5th and 6th on January and it helped turn my baby! Water birth, no stitches and are both doing so well! This also helped to progress labor since I was 41 weeks 5 days by then and had some natural induction methods used to start me that week but I needed more help, something to engage her fully! Remember to do as much of the full set as possible until you're contractions are regular, not stopping at part two or three too early!
Im 40 weeks and 2 days pregnant. Thankyou for this video i actually love this exercise! ♥️
Week 37 today and will start this circuit soon! Thank you!!
I am 39 weeks pregnant and READY FOR HER TO COME OUT!!! I will try these and hope they work. THANK YOU AND HOPE IT WORKS!
Third time mom, tried this on the 28th november, babygirl was born 29th november 😍 39+4 w
40+3 over here- ready to have this baby- going to give this a shot after I run errands!
Third baby, 40 weeks tomorrow. Have been having prodromal labor daily for 4-5 weeks now and I’m tired 😫 in the last step of this now and praying getting baby facing the back instead of the side is what it takes!
This works!!!! I was 38 weeks and 6 days. I did this jan 22nd around 5pm, (I was 2cm the day before), at around 11pm I lost my mucus plug, then at 1am labor started, had my baby jan 23rd at 1pm :)
Just got done with the 2nd part got up to get my toddler a bottle and my water broke thank you!!!
I stumbled onto this video by accident. I am currently 31+3 with my 2nd baby and my doctor gave me the go ahead to start trying to do the "natural induction" around 38 weeks! I definitely plan to save this video for when that time comes to help baby girl get into the optimal position so that I can *try* to have a quick labor.
Glad am looking into these early enough to be prepared for labor time
I'm 40 weeks +5 and I've been in early labour for few days now, contractions coming and going. So I have been looking for any help available. I'm not sure the exercises will induce me (did two rounds) but I can already say they helped me to position my baby better and brought me a lot of pain relief because the pain in my pelvis was getting unbearable and I could barely walk. So I'm absolutely grateful even for that and definitely recommend it.
First time mom here! I did this 2x yesterday and 1x today (not for whole 90 minutes any of the times) and my baby came today- also 3 days early!! Baby was obviously getting ready but this could’ve give the extra kickstart I needed Thank you!!
I am on my 39 weeks and 3 days. Definitely will try this. Hoping this will work with me.
Great video! I hardly comment on videos but I do want to mention that this helped me a lot and jump started my labor. I had my baby in May this year. Thank you for posting it!
I’m a first time mom, I tried this last night and now I’m in labor just waiting on him!!! So thank you for this!

Thank you so much i tried this and it worked am super excited I was 40+3
Thank you from Sydney Australia. I am 40 wks today, did the miles circuit to open my pelvis - getting progress but not quite early labour yet. This is my second bub and trying for Doula and Midwife lead homebirth this time. Thank you and I got a lot out of your other video with mistakes that are commonly made.
This worked for me! Went into labor just a few hours later
Thank you for these videos. I did this almost daily (not consistently) for about a week starting at 38weeks. Had baby 39w 3d. Labor was swift & relatively less painful that other pregnancies. I thank God I stumbled on your videos. They really helped me during labor to be relaxed. Baby was breech at birth (even though she had been head down all through previous weeks) but labor was very quick, had to have an emergency c section. Had her within an hour of arriving at the hospital. Thank God baby arrived safely.
I did this these exercises two evenings in a row at 39 weeks and I went into labor at 12 midnight! it worked but my contractions came on so strong, there was no build up! Had to get to the hospital really quickly! I was in active labor for 4/5 hours! my second baby was born at 8.46am! If you try this, be prepared lol! ❤️
Oh my gosh, thank you for the video 🥰 I did the first and the third stretches at 7hpm. Started to have contractions at 1ham, went to labor and I have my princess 👸 in about 9hrs later. Thank you again 🥰😍
38 weeks and 4 days with baby number 3! 1 cm dilated when I checked last! Ready to get babygirl out!
I’m 37 weeks today, first pregnancy🤗. First time watching this video and I kinda laughed because I always do the first two to ease some discomfort or pain. Thank you for this video.☺️
My water just broke climbing stairs for step 3!! I tried it in earlier weeks with no luck, and it worked at 40+3!
40 weeks + 3 days and so ready to meet baby! I just watched this video and am about to try these.
I’m 17 weeks pregnant with my first, and seeing all these comments saying that works makes me really glad I found this video. I’m planning to have a natural birth and want to do everything I can not to be induced when the time comes!
Just had my baby on the 19th because of this! I'm very skeptical about "this totally works" type reviews on exercise and almost didn't do it because of my skepticism. But I literally did all 3 positions once and four hours later my water gushed out and I almost didn't make it to the hospital in time for the epidural. Which if this happens to anyone else I suggest as soon as water breaks go immediately, I labored for just an hour did 3 pushes and my little one finally came! Thank you so much for this vid I was losing hope, begging my ob for an induction because I was on bedrest and excruciating pain, had Hyperemisis and hit very hard with depression because doctors weren't taking my pain seriously, so again thank you!!!! 💕
Im 37 weeks and 4 days having early labor symptoms and these positions help to ease the pain
I did this and it really worked for me, had a very fast labor
I had to come back to leave feedback. This helped me so much. I was having contractions but went away, so I decided to try this. Later on at night was having strong contractions, went to hospital and was at 7cm. Within 50 min of arriving at hospital, I had her with one push. When I was doing the exercises at home, I could feel her repositioning. I will say this definitely helped.
This video is awesome. I was 5 days past my due date and was scheduled for an induced delivery on Wednesday. Sunday night, I followed the instructions in this video and 16 hours later I was in labour. My daughter was born after 7 hours of labour (spontaneous natural delivery). Thank you for sharing this video.
Currently 37wks and 4days, I'll start doing this when I clock 38wks. Hopefully my baby would come on or before I clock 39wks. Ok, decided to try this this morning when I woke because I read some comments about how it helps with back pains and feeling better. I could only go 15 minutes on the first one and stopped cos I was tired. Few minutes later, contractions started and I was in denial until it kept progressing. Three hours later, with one and a half pushes, my baby boy was born. I am still so surprised 🙏🏾 this does work I believe.
Congratulations 🎊
@@daughterofzion778 thank you so much 🥰
Miles circuit does work! I started doing it on my due date and I had my baby 3 days after! Thank you for this video!
Going to Do This now ! Thank you!! I’m 39 weeks and 3 days 😊
I'm 36+2 I'm getting induced early sometime around 38 weeks because my doctor does not want me to go full term. Due to my body size. Hopefully this works out I don't want to be induced I heard it causes many problems. I hope my baby can just naturally come on his own even if I have to give him a little push.
thank you so much. this was the only thing that helped my water break !
I started doing the miles circuit on Tuesday and went into labor Friday morning! My daughter was born friday night! 💗 I was 40 weeks!
I did this at 35 weeks for a whole week. Even though it didn’t help me have my baby quicker it did feel good to be in certain positions. It was relaxing and even if you’re wanting it to help you have your baby quicker just try it for the relaxation part! I was induced at 39 weeks due to some complications and as a first time mom I was in labor for 2 hours and out of those 2 I only pushed for 15 minutes before our baby girl came Earthside with very minimal tearing (2 stitches). So it possibly helped with that side of things!
Did this exercise on my 40th week late noon And i broke my water early in the morning and then go into active labor! It works on me! Thank you for sharing this video. Im gonna share this video to my 39th week pregnant sister too
I am currently 35 weeks turning 36 weeks tomorrow …. Doctor told me yesterday to look at being induced next week(36 weeks) I have cholestasis…. I went on my own with my first and would like to do it again this time too so with being induced next week I am definitely going to try these!
39+1 doing this right now! Hoping baby boy will come soon after! Thank you! 🤍

2 years late for my review😂 but I did this the day before I was scheduled to be induced and I went into labor a few hours after doing this! My son was born on his daddy’s birthday naturally!
I'm scheduled for an induction tomorrow. I'm 41 weeks 3 days. I do not want medical intervention. I'm going to give it a try.
@@kalonmontgomery8213 did it work? Hope you and baby are doing well.

I have NEVER done a review before , especially not on KZhead videos , but this video helped me go into labor!! My due date was set for Feb 21st when I went to my doctors appointment Feb 14th I wasn’t dilated at all and only 30% softened.. I started looking up videos and doing exercises. On February 20th I did the first pose and about 2-3 hours labor I ended up going to the hospital and had my baby shortly after! After reading all the comments I thought “ this video and the poses can’t help induce your labor” but it did!! I gave birth to a healthy baby boy and I couldn’t be more happier.
Rounding out week 38! So ready for this baby
Have been meaning to come back on to say thank you! I did this vid twice day before my daughter was born June 6th 2021. Put me into labour within 5 hours
I couldn’t do the whole 30 minutes at once break them apart to take breaks lol, while laying down for the 2nd position I feel a sharp pain when I get up I was leaking that was around 930pm bb was born at 1:30am. It works for me thank you so much I was 39 weeks
Excited for this video! Im currently 40 + 3 days ❤️ due to be induced on Sunday I really want to go in naturally 😭
I’m on week 39 and I’m ready for my baby to come! So I hope these help!
I’m so excited to be adding my own comment on how effective this was for me! Been doing the circuit and some other labor-inducing stretches once every 2-3 days since I was 37 weeks. My first child was born 9 days overdue (labored thru foley bulb induction) so we expected this 2nd baby will be overdue as well. But this time, we decided to give birth at a midwifery home so I had to labor naturally or else I’ll be sent to a big hospital yo get induced which is not what I want. So at 40 weeks with no previous signs of labour, I still kept up with the circuit since it helps my back and pelvic pain. And also started nipple stimulation 3 times a day for about 15-20 minutes (per my midwife’s go signal to do so) and drink red raspberry leaf tea. At 40+4 weeks I had my bloody show in the morning and kept loosing some part of my mucus plug all through out the day In the afternoon, I did the Miles circuit again this time from the bed to have deeper right angle instead of a flat surface since I thought I wasn’t getting enough of a stretch. After doing the first pose I immediately felt like baby was more engaged and kept doing the circuit while I was having Prodromal labor That night, I went on to have full on labor around 9:30pm, my water broke at 11:36pm and was at the midwifery home by 12:36am already 9cm dilated and was ready to push at 1:08am April 11th my son was born and had the birth story of my dreams with my husband and my firstborn by my side! Remember to do as much of the full set as possible, also highly recommend to try the other variation of the first position, inversion from a bed or a couch to get a deeper right angle to get enough of a stretch. 🤱💪🏼🥰
🙋♀️41 weeks and 2 days here. I'm at 3cm dialated, baby is at zero station. I've been doing these for a few days straight and no luck. Doesn't mean it won't work for others... But wanted to provide my experience. Baby will come when they want to come.
thanks for sharing. its important to hear. when did you eventually give birth?
39 weeks today! Trying these now! Hope i can come back with my story soon!!
Omg I’m going to do the first two exercises tonight and fall asleep with all those pillows! Looks so comfy for the hips! I’m getting induced in 5 days and wanted to get it going on it’s own
37+0 FTM today! I used some of these moves to make sure my baby was head down some weeks ago 😊Will definitely do these again when it’s labor time. Have a obgyn appt tomorrow and a pretty uneventful pregnancy and will try to work with my doc to put off inducing IF I receive pressure by trying these moves at home for a few days. I’m bringing a peanut ball and little collapseable stool with me to the delivery room to help me do the lunges at the hospital since we can’t walk around the halls due to COVID!
A peanut ball and stool will serve you so well during labor, smart being prepared!! Sending you positive energy
How did it work out for you? 😊
It works!! I did one circuit at 39w+3d (1st baby) at 8pm and my water broke at 1130pm, baby was born next morning at 9am.

It Worked!!! I did the whole video at 6:30pm and my water broke at 5 in the morning. I had him at 7:18. Thank you so much
This circuit of exercises work! 39 weeks and my contractions were sporadic. I did this circuit once - caution it is tiring and should be done with focus, and within 12 hours my daughter was born. It definitely helped progress things along and the baby seemed to descend lower due to this circuit 😊 also to mention it was a short and quick labour and delivery 😀
I've naturally doing these movements too help with pelvic pain 🥰
