    • Lesson learned i guess lol it's a good idea to put them in the boot if their dog is really dirty and lay a couple of sheets down in there to limit any dirt getting on the carpet, some fitted sheets would be a good idea and a waterproof one underneath and some covers for around the back incase he shaked himself off.

  • Mitch, I just wanna say thank you for wearing a respirator when doing the steaming of the interior. It always frustrates me when I see other detailers on KZhead not wearing one and risking breathing in mold or other contaminants.

  • My Dad is a Pro detailer also. After serving in the Navy, he began his passion and career in working on dealership cars for over 20 years. His military uniform had to be spotless all the way down to his shoes, lol. 😄 He just enjoys keeping himself and whatever he has clean...especially his cars! Watching these videos bring back nostalgia when my Mom would pick him up from work and we would wait in the breakroom for him to close up shop. The cleaning fragrances he used for the interior and tire dressing were 😍 to my nose as a child (still ❤ it). My favorite car scent btw is Piña Colada. Thank you for awesome content! 🙌

    • I take good care of my 17 year old car---I'm not a smoker, never have been, nor were the previous owners; no eating in the car, no open beverages, no pets of any sort (just don't have any), rarely any passengers---but because I was so severely injured in an accident at work almost 8 years ago, it's really hard for me to do as good a cleaning as I want to do. I don't "let it go," but I'd sure love to find as conscientious a detailer as Mitch is!

You also woke me up to how bad some people let there cars get. I wish you lived closer. My husband drives my Honda Civic I clean it every weekend when he returns. It is bad sometimes.     • She need to put the dog in back of the truck when she take the dog to the dog park. Cause that dog must be furry and dirty, So it makes no sense to put the dog in the back of the truck again for it to get dirty again

  • Been awhile since I've tuned in, and great move on starting your own line of car care products. I purchased some of your earlier third party recommendations and they didn't disappoint. I noticed a lot of small dings on the exterior finish of this truck, and I wonder if you've ever been asked or offered to apply touch-up paint. Doesn't take long for an exposed area to start rusting especially in your neck of the woods with road salt or brine being applied this time of year.

  • On future details that require you to remove the seats make sure you know how it is supposed to be installed. A lot of newer models require you to replace the bolt since they are installed using torque to yield bolts. If you reuse the bolts they may fail in a crash which could open you up to a lawsuit and possibly criminal charges if someone is seriously injured or killed as a result of your actions.

    • Are you serious?! There are seats out there that require torque to yield fasteners? How is that even possible as the yielding portion is the bolt and typically it is stud welded to the floor pan.

  • Here's a question for you, Mitch. How many microfiber towels do you go through on a detail like the white Ram here? I see at least four different ones, but I'm sure they get soaked and are less effective as you continue using them. How many washes do the towels take before you don't use them again?
