  • I love this video SOOOOO much! Thank you for sharing your heritage, geographic and ethnic 💖 I'm so happy to be connected to an Indigenous/ Lattina person who is vegan! Losing cultural food is a huge issue for all Indigenous peoples that leads to detrimental health issues. You have figured out and are sharing the triumph over diet disruption due to colonization. I'm so proud of you for sharing your story, your family and heritage!! So important to so many Latino/Indigenous people in this modern world. You are so RAD Kiki. With mucho 💗💗💗💗💗, a person and mama who has Hispanic heritage and a Hispanic/Latina/Indigenous daughter. I'm sharing this with her 💕

  • Wow Kiki this is so interesting to me. In 1990 I was in Coba as I backpacked thru Mexico ,Belize, and Guatamala. They had only uncovered the main site and it still had trees and stuff sticking out of it. I remember they had ONE small palapa selling sodas and chips. That was it! No real entrance just that small stand. So amazing to see all the changes! I also remember Xel-Ha ,it had no entrance fee and just a small dock to get in the water. Also a sign stating not to use sun-screen. So amazing how these sites have grown .I'm glad I had the privilege to see these sites before they became so developed. They are still wonderful and amazing. Such wonderful design .Thanks so much for sharing this.

They are great for wearing for short periods of time, short walks/errands etc. However I wore them for a three mile flat walk and the soles of my feet were in pain for DAYS afterwards. Could just be my feet idk but I def won’t be running or hiking mountains in them lol. Fortunately the company is cool and is allowing me to return them. I’ll stick to my sanuks for now😉

We took some trips into the jungle with a guide and seam in an open cenote' and did cave snorkeling. We loved it so much and can't wait to go back. ❤️ everyone was so friendly. The water was cold, but since it was September, hot and humid the locals said, "no, not cold", "refreshing", and boy were they right!. I will never forget my experiences, how the air felt, the water, and the beauty of it all. Can't wait to go back! Thank you so much for this!!!! You and your family are so beautiful 😍!

  • So, I made myself a "personal goal", for this year: to learn beginner 1 Spanish. I chose this for many reasons, but my point here was I recall in one of your videos you said you were a Spanish teacher. I didn't realize how many "learn spanish", videos there are on KZhead, but only a few who seem to have an actual curriculum, and guided chaptered tools. I thought about purchasing into the "big languages teaching company's and products". I wonder, if you would ever consider that with your professional teaching would you develop a teaching curriculum for KZhead as an alternative avenue.
