With the waterfall Boat hack, it would probably actually work, if you used soul sand in the middle. Soul sand will push you up, where as if you use a Magma Block, it will pull you down. So technically, you could fly in a Boat!

you can actually put water in the nether, you just need to go to a very old version (where the nether exists) and you can put water there, you can even go back to a newer version and the water would still be there
Go to the nether in bedrock then /setblock ~~~ water
1:00:09: For the creeper launch, you could maybe try using bedrock to surround the creeper, then stand outside the bedrock to make the creeper blow (up) and it might blast you and not kill you, but I am not sure. I haven’t tried it myself yet, but I am on mobile anyway, so I am not sure if it will work. Though, you can/could try/test it.! Good Luck! Thanks!
