The natural fibers of leather will break down with the passage of time, harsh elements like UV rays, sulfurous and nitrous pollutants in the air. When you take care of leather, it is important to clean the leather first before you apply a conditioner. After all, you don’t put lotion on before taking a shower! Leather Cleaner penetrates deep into the pores to lift up the dirt and dust for easy clean-up. To properly nourish and protect leather, you must first clean away any oils and impurities with Leather Cleaner. I purchased the leather care kit. While the solutions are OK, the bristles on the brush for cleaning started falling out and shedding all over the interior after use on only 3 seats. I brought this to Chemical Guys attention and their response was "thank you for your feedback" and "welcome to the Chemical Guys family". No apology or offer to replace the poor-quality brush. I won't be a repeat customer.

I used mine on my tire trim and used nonsense prior and I had a guy who was detailing his car beside me ask how I got my wheels to look so good when he was getting subpar results compared to me, so I let him some of my products 👍
I bought the little bag a month or so aho. Then I needed an upgrade because I have a HUGE chemical guys arsenal. So I got the duffel bag. Now I have 2 storage bags for mobile detailing

Actually, the leather conditioner helps prevent cracking as well. Especially if your cabin is exposed to sun a lot.

I am not a fan of chemical smells or smell of the leather quick detailer. WOuld you recommend another one of your products that she not so strong but does the cleaning and conditioning of a model x?
Any advice for those kick marks on the sills and lower area of the Tesla? The dirt always comes off but the marks always reappear.

Hey! As long as the excess is wiped off with a clean microfiber towel it should have a natural finish.

Absolutely!
The PVC that the material is made from has, just like real leather, a protective lacquer sprayed onto it. Denim is the bete noir of the leather interior as the heat from the body, plus the friction and pressure, caused the dye in denim to soak into the lacquer. It cannot be removed by cleaning. The only way to get rid of it is with an aggresive cleaner that removes some of the lacquer. You remove the denim stains but also the protective lacquer so be careful how many times you do it. Denim clothes and light coloured leathers should not go together, cars or furniture!
If it is vegan leather, meaning PU leather or leatherette, then why these stuff and not damp cloth and dish soap?
