It's also a matter of opinion and business principles. Rockstar doesn't want certain things in their games, but we do. Rockstar has a track record of frowning upon community based mods, for quite a few different reasons. I personally feel like the main reason is that Rockstar believes that the Modding Community as a whole would reduce Rockstar's monthly income streams from Shark Cards. Perhaps it's the potential to cheat as well. Perhaps it's just their product that they don't want altered on a large scale. But I still tend to lean more towards the money perspective.
@@modder1975 Its not that they can't afford the gta iv physics engine, it's just that more arcadey driving physics would be better in a map that's this big.

In fairness, with today's world it's pretty realistic, no contact delivery and all.
Have to social distance, can't get too close to people now

This is shameful man. Seriously Rockstar has lost it's way. Focusing so much on GTA online and the cash cow that it has become. The modding community had to go out of their way to improve Rockstar's game.
That happens in every game and also this an 8 year old game. Rockstar also typically doesn’t add much their story mode after release, even if they should. edit: Majority of these quality of life changes should have been added before though
how is that shameful? wow people made graphics mods that made the lighting and shadows better for the people on pc who can actually handle said graphics mods

The police overhaul is the best part imo. It always has bugged me that you spend 20k on a suppressor and it literally doesn’t change anything. You’ll silently kill someone with no witnesses and cops still come and get you

I have been playing with your mods for awhile and I actually prefer them over the vanilla. Nothing felt annoying and it is enjoyable playing little mods in between missions. I could honestly see myself disabling missions as a whole and just playing with some job/heist mods to make money and then house/car mods to spend the money. It's a gameplay loop of earning and spending that feels rewarding and can be very relaxing when listening to an audiobook.

It's not called "GRAND THEFT AUTO" so you can simulate real life smh. If the game lets you steal cars, kill people, rob things, do mission, buy shit, then it doesn't need anything else

What would make this mod list even better would be real life car replacer that works with the premium deluxe motorsport so that dlc cars can be real life vehicles as well
Bruv, that Police and AI Overhaul mod is actually sick! It should be part of GTA 6
One thing that I don't like, is the melee weapons not killing instantly. I don't think people realize just how much damage a melee weapon like a baseball bat does to a person.
Yes, Because melee weapons are more dangerous because they're sharper, more surface area to hit, and also faster if you have fast hands. especially when it's light.
Really good mods make game enjoyable in other way.

Modders have made better content than actual game development studios, time & time again.
because they mainly focus on a couple of things not a whole game

@@DripzEU823 rockstar mainly focus on delivering their major games like new GTA games and RDR2 they just hire some employees to make remasters. They work on big projects so they don't really have time to waste on such remasters but modders doesn't have to worry about entire development so it's lot easier.

This is great. Back in the day I used to let my kids watch me play GTA before bed but I'd turn the sound down and just drive around the city. i used to think about how cool it would be to really play like a "good guy" and help old ladies across the street, rescue cats from trees etc so these mods are amazing to me!

Tried doing the mod installs from both videos 4 months ago and somewhere along I failed miserably and the game would crash as soon as I tried to load it up. Re-attempted with a fresh install a couple of days ago and cautiously installed the requirements and periodically booted the game to make sure everything was being loaded fine. FINALLY got it to work, thanks man this is definitely the way the game is meant to be played in 2023! ✊

its because wov mod is outdated and requires ether you downgrade the game to that version or throw 20 bucks at the creator for a fully updated mod

Last night I figured out a great way to make gtav more realistic: Realistic driving physics + forcefeedback and wheel compatibility + playing on a racing simulator. Let me tell you something, gtav becomes pretty damn fun when you have a racing simulator. Last night I was playing the story mission where you're chasing down michaels yacht. I was speeding down the highway with one hand on my steering wheel and one hand on my mouse shooting at people. It's something else. I have to get a go pro or something and upload a story mode lets play on my racing simulator.

Thank you so much for this bro. Seriously inspired me to mod the fuck out of my gta. I have almost all the same mods with some personal tweaks but kept within the realism vision. That bank mod is really cool, there’s an option that you lose all your cash if you die so it makes going to the atm that much more necessary, I love it.

Not sure if I followed his instructions that are linked in the description or I learned from another video. Sorry I can’t help. I haven’t played gta 5 at all in a while but it’s worth it trying to get it all working. I played it for a while mainly focused on some kind of drug dealing mod.

Silencers dont make guns silent. They supress the the gases from it being too loud.

why is the police mod from part1 outdated? I really like the fact that that mod makes the police not shoot you instantly. Is that feature also included in the police overhaul from this part?
I said it's a bit outdated cause that particular function seemed to work pretty sporadically for me. Anyway, you can use whichever one you prefer.

The only things that it needs is the gta online dlc vehicles to spawn in traffic, a better graphics mod, a police officer job mod and we need something to rob so I'm pretty sure that you could find something if you make another guide (btw I love your content)
'World of Variety' does add DLC vehicles in traffic, as well as it's own new vehicles. I showcased that mod in Part 1 of this video. The mods that bring emergency service jobs are pretty much all outdated but there is a workaround that comes in mind - 'New Street Phone Missions'. It might not exactly count as realistic but it brings a lot of new jobs and missions into the game, including firefighter, paramedic and others I think. As to robbing and other such activities, I specifically decided to stick with only honest ways to make money in these series but I might make a video about the opposite mods as well. As to the graphics, it's a pretty subjective thing. Me personally, I've been using NVR since it first came out and I enjoy it very much. @@justGesha Since when is LSPDFR outdated? Plus there's Fire callouts beta for LSPDFR, it brings both Fire and EMS callouts that are probably much more realistic than the ones from that pack.
