    • @@dipzoid8596 Your comment lead me down an interesting road of magicians and copyrights. Apparently routines if documented and written down can be copyrighted, but not the illusions themselves. Teller won a copyright suit over the use of his "Shadows" pantomime years ago, so the illusion isn't copyrightable, but the routine is. The big issue is that expressions can be copyrighted, but ideas can not. Because of this both magicians and comedians have very tight internal standards regarding thievery, and sometimes in the case of magicians revealing specific methods. Interesting stuff.

  • Yes we have all heard of Tom Noddy but he never expanded to the giant bubbles. There is no monopoly on bubble shows. There is also no comparison. Good for the Yang family for passing this legacy on to the next generation. All the best. I wish I could learn this art just for the sake of making my grandchildren smile.
