Gregg Braden is a five-time New York Times best-selling author, researcher, educator, lecturer and internationally renowned as a pioneer bridging science, spirituality, and human potential.
From 1979 to 1991, Gregg worked as a problem solver during times of crisis for Fortune 500 companies, including Cisco Systems, where he became the first Technical Operations Manager in 1991. He continues problem-solving today as he merges modern science and the wisdom of our past to reveal real-world solutions to the issues that challenge our lives. His research has led to 15 film credits and 12 award-winning books now published in over 40 languages.
Gregg is a member of the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) and is active with visionary organizations, including the HeartMath Global Coherence Initiative and The Arlington Institute. He has presented his discoveries in over 30 countries on six continents and has been invited to speak to The United Nations, Fortune 500 companies, and the U. S. military
The United Kingdom’s Watkins Journal lists Gregg among the top 100 of “the world’s most spiritually influential living people” for the 7th consecutive year, and he is a 2020 nominee for the prestigious Templeton Award, established to honor “outstanding individuals who have devoted their talents to expanding our vision of human purpose and ultimate reality.”
I hope you enjoy my conversation with Gregg Braden!

    • My guess is you live with a minimum amount of fear and don't allow people to have space in your head, thus not allowing unwanted chemicals going off in your body. I'm only 80, LOL but I have turned the clock back to around 60 I have also changed my hair color back to "what I was born with". Rather than dark brown as in my adult life, it is turning dark/medium blond with no silver highlights. This takes a conscious connection to the subconscious mind and rewriting the program. I still haven't figured out how to grow a new set of teeth!!

  • cool so glad the Gregg Braden has come out and pointed the finger at the elephant in the room we live in a world of duality. We are at odds with each other depending on our vibration. Lower vibrations feed off of the negativities with news portraying and supporting the systems built on negativities all to control us . The general public unevolved They have no higher perspective which leaves them pointing the finger at higher vibrational people, claiming we are the problem when we clearly can see that they are living in illusions and not for their highest good, and our eyes are wide with disbelief. We are told to go with the flow be compassionate and empathic allow for forgiveness. I agree with Dr. Braden that is the reason we are here to heal from the distractions and All distractions are obsessions and addictions. That's why we reincarnate back lifetimes of karma to heal our addictions. And the lower vibrations on the Earth want us to evolve with.AI instead of SPIRITUAL evolution so they can continue to control us. It is a battlefield

  • To obtain greatest potential we had to analyzed our possibilities peacefully, patiently and lovingly according to our needs, not to the enforced orders of specialists. Every individual had written in the genomes our specific given to us treasures of DNA of our Ancestors, who learned to love and protect the body. Only those individuals recovered and survived who learn to hear the bodily impulses, pulsations and signals demanding care, nurishment and protection from external world. To achieve the best development we had to self regulate our activities, time for healing and recovery observing our self in time of pain. Only those recover who demand specific to them help and care. Not only the strongest survive, but those surand them by those who care, can control recovery and can afford the care. Many blessings to yours creating and helping others to protect those weaker.

  • Everything is about doing. We are in our opposite times. We switch from doing to being. It's important to quiet ourselves so that can happen. Quieting does not mean stop. I'm listening better and find iur words do not match our feelings. I've discovered that we have become sloppy in our choice of descriptive words. That is where quiet comes in. Pause, how few words can you use to describe your thoughts... Gregg you have an amazing gift of story telling. Thank you always.
