    • I just read an article where they broke down the cost of owning a yacht. I was pretty shocked, it could be as much as 10 % a year of what you payed for the yacht. We talk millions here, good staff like $ 300.000 a year, gas could be like up to $ 850.000, service check up $ 200.000 every 2-3 years, docking fee could run up to $ 350.000 a year. Yes you can rent it out when you don't use it of cause, but there is some truth to the happiest day with a yacht is the day you buy it and the day you sell it. You need a great cash flow to keep an expensive yacht above the water line. Or just buy a small sail boat, that you sail yourself.   • Nice to see you picked up on the idea we talked about last year at Villa 'd Este when we met briefly. Told you then that a nice adding to your channel/brand is visiting mega-yachts. Nice you found your way to a dutch-build Lady Li, one of the few I was not involved in unfortunately, only 2 Heesen untill now. However we did many Feadships (23x) up to now, including Viva which will be finished this week...
