  • The fact that the one guy was sentenced 6 months in jail for punching that pos that killed the baby is absolutely disgusting.

    • @thegadflygang5381 I mean, I get it... it's just such an awful situation to start with, and I couldn't imagine something like that happening within my family. I think 6 months for an act like punching the killer is a little over the top, considering the circumstances. I mean, they said it was the child's uncle after all, it's not like it was some distant relative that didn't even know the child. I imagine they practically expect these sorts of things to happen with these types of cases. I can't imagine it's easy for the defendant families to keep composure 😔 What a world we live in...

    • 15 years to life... And it's overwhelmingly likely that he won't be granted parole. Behavior in Prison, nature of the Crime, circumstances of the committed crime, victim impact Statements, and risk to society assessments are all weighed in to determine whether he will be granted parole, so from the looks of it, he probably won't. That will just get his hopes up and be an incentive for him to be a good lil' boy in prison only to likely have his hopes crushed and spend the last of his life in prison. 15 years is a hell of a long time anyways, by then he'd already have forgotten about his crimes completely but considering the nature of his crime I think it's safe to say he really won't be granted parole.

      @louniece1650@louniece1650Ай бұрын
    • @louniece1650 Twilight Zone metaphor is kinda dumb because people like this have been around for a long time. These individuals are what we call a rat. They are basically sellouts. They will turn on their own family for some form of recognition/acceptance from another party. It's best to question their motives because they're doing it for something. These days, it's mostly money that they're getting bribed with. A good example is that guy in the background of almost every Trump rally who wears a shirt saying, "Blacks for Trump." One of his own family members has stated that they were paying him to do this. It's gotten to the point that his family has disowned him for his stupidity.

That Loved one is gone forever and just the mere sight of those responsible, sets off every gamut of emotions.Some courtrooms have enough bailiff and deputy staff to contain an eruption, but some clearly do not. The deputies and police have service weapons on their hips. I'm sure that extra precautions are taken so that neither victims survivors or the convicted perpetrators can get their hands on one of those armaments.
