  • I just want you to know - I work with folks living with dementia. I found out that one gentleman I sit with was a drummer during his college years. I played this video for him and wow oh wow, did you just make his entire evening. It's like he was there. I am sure we will be watching again.

Me being born and raised in Columbus loved it too. So much so that i cried watching him perform on the field. My dad was a huge Buckeye fan and would've loved to have seen that. His grandson playing where his favorite team played. So bittersweet bc he passed when my son was a year old. I know he was smiling down on my son that day. Thank you for this.

  • I've never even been to Ohio, but a few years ago a random video came across my KZhead feed. It was a video of drum major auditions for OSU. So what the heck. I watched it and kinda laughed my ass off. I couldn't believe it was a real video. But then I began to realize how much talent and athletic ability it took to perform the routines these guys and one gal, were doing. So, I began to dig deeper and watch other videos of the band. It became a fascinating pastime to watch the halftime shows. They're unbelievably intricate. It takes some kind of genius to pull off performances like that. I loved the Zeppelin one. I recently found the documentary that was shot about the 141st iteration of DBDBITL, and it was so informative and fun to watch. My sarcastic humor which I watched my first OSU band video, has turned to awe, respect, and absolute loyalty to a band I've never seen in a place I've never been. Your video came up in my recommendations today. Of course I had to watch it. It was fun taking a little ride with you and experiencing the pre-game show from my tiny perch on your hat! It was amazing to hear and see what you do. So, thank you so much for sharing this video. It's just one more reason to love your band. God bless. ❤🩶🖤🤍
