I suggest you compare: "Boy in Luv" and "Boy with Luv" "No" and "On" I also learned that these are the opposites of these songs but the meaning behind the lyrics are related.
Also connected are “Save Me” and “I’m Fine”. Really, the story arcs we see within their albums and then song opposites over time - pretty genius.

방탄소년단 데뷔 당시 10대 고등학생인 멤버 3명(막내 정국은 한국나이로 17살, 미국나이로는 15살 이었음) 그 외의 멤버들도 막 고등학교 졸업한 멤버들이 대다수 였어서 학교에 대한 이야기를 많이 했어요. 10대가 느낀 한국교육의 문제점을 표현하다 보니 강한 컨셉이라 요즘 방탄소년단을 알게 된 분들은 지금의 방탄소년단과 다르게 느껴질수도 있을거 같아요. 그 나이대에 할 수 있는 목소리를 내다 보니 시간이 지남에 따라 자연스레 분위기가 달라지는거 같아요. 지금의 부드러운 느낌이 나오기 시작한 해는 2019년 작은것들을위한시 이 곡을 발표한 후 부터 인 거 같아요(개인적인 생각) 물론 그 전에도 2017년에 발표한 봄날도 있어요. 새 신곡들도 리액션 부탁드려요. 오늘도 리뷰영상 잘 보고 가요😆👍
방탄을 보면 성장과정이 뮤비에도 그대로 나타나는 것 같아요. 막 데뷔 했을 때는 실제 미숙한 청소년이기도 하면서 청소년들의 반항과 허세,과장등이 힙합을 통해 그대로 녹아있죠. 이후 성장을 통해 세상을 보는 눈이 넓어지고 더욱 세련 되어지고 노련해지며 그들만의 스토리텔링을 만들어 왔죠. 그래서 데뷔 뮤비와 최근 뮤비를 보면 격차가 크다고 느껴지겠지만 삶이란 다 그런게 아닌가 싶어요. 무엇보다 방탄은 장르에 제한없이 다양한 도전을 해서 성공하는 모습들이 큰 강점이다 장점으로 정말 매력적인 보이그룹이에요.
It's like comparing the Beatles when they were doing She Loves Me, to Yesterday etc. There is no comparison, The Beatles are the Beatles! Same with the BTS, they are BTS! I love both groups for ALL the music they did, their creativity, their musical genre transitions which changed over time. It's what makes their first songs memorable, is because that was a phase and stage that we don't see much of anymore, so we cherish both the old and the new. When you say it's a sleep over, I'm sure you guys saw the Seven Members of BTS where they all slept in the same room when they were starting out. They have their own homes now but they also live in a building like a dormitory where their rooms are accessible to all, a common kitchen , lounge area, game room.

There is an explanation videos of their songs like Idol, ddaeng, Daechwita, spine breaker, baepsae, persona, shadow, blood sweat and tears, ego, spring day etc

I think the switch from punks to boyfriend material was right after their first commercially successful song “I need you”. They started as a hip-hop group with RM, Suga and J-hope as the foundation of the group. The vocalists were added later. Hitman Bang pivoted the group to more pop styles when he realized that’s what the public was responding to. That man is a complete genius!!! He single handedly created BTS and the mega company HYBE from near bankruptcy….

They were originally supposed to be a hip hop group and the CEO changed the direct to become and Idol group before debut.I have to say that I'm slightly offended that you all kept laughing about their debut song. They changed their image after their 2nd album bec accdg to RM 'folks grow up.' I think it's The Most Beautiful Moment in Life where they shed their dark and wild image. I also learned that the official MV of Life Goes On was directed by Jung Kook. I hope I'm correct, other long time Army could probably share their history.

Hi! Dont't you use captions? " Life goes on " is all about Covid. I Like your reactions specially when you invite Friends or family that hear BTS for the first time.

That's kind of what I didn't get tho was how they didn't understand what the point of the song was. It was showing how it was effecting them too but they still made the best out of it. They made the best that they could've out of it

They do a lot of social commentary on youth, Korean education system, self development, mental health, self love etc in all throughout their discography.
I know no more dream has subtitles but I'm pretty sure all their music videos have English subtitles just make sure your cc button is on it'll turn white. But if you come across a certain mv that doesn't have it you can always look up just that song and find videos where others have put subtitles in and even color coded them. Their music is amazing and even more so when you know what they're singing about

tbh, both song were best.. no more dream is lit but life goes on go beyond indeed life. It has a great tune it is like sparkle- a japanese background song of YOUR NAME . Furthermore, the song really hits me a lot in different obstacles or aspect of life.

His videos are utterly phenomenal, and I’d love it if you could check out his other videos out as well about Kpop & BTS. They are so well-researched and non biased. He does the work that so many western reporters don’t when researching and explaining BTS and Kpop. He encapsulates so well how truly phenomenal BTS is in the Kpop industry, the pop industry, and the music industry as a whole. It helps that with how well he does his research, he shows so much respect for eastern concepts and their impact on the western world. It’s beautiful. One of the best Kpop/BTS videos I have ever seen!

지금 우리가 아는 방탄소년단이라.. 아마도 다이너마이트 이후? 라고 하기에도 타이틀곡 외 비사이드 음악들까지 앨범 전반적으로 다 들어보면 딱히 변한건 잘 모르겠어요. 여전히 '욱'같은 힙합곡들도 있어서.. 전 트로트 음악 빼고 모든 장르 음악을 다 즐겨듣는데 방탄소년단이 팝 음악에서 제 취향을 가장 충족해줘서 제일 좋아요. No more dream이랑Life goes on 둘 중 하나 고르라면 펜데믹 상황에서 위안을 주는 후자가 좋습니다.

조금 리뷰영상많이본 사람으로써 한마디하자면.. 리뷰 중간중간에 너무 끊는거 같아요. 그냥 보시면서 정말 말하고 싶을때나 끊고 말하시고 대부분은 나중에 인상깊었던거 이야기하면되요. 리뷰가 원래 흐름이 자주 끊어지면 좋지않거든요.. 그리고 너무 칭찬하시려고 너무 노력하다보면 부자연스러운데 사실 다 보이거든요. 리뷰한다고 굳이 팬일필요도없으니까요. 그냥 좋았던점이나 신기한점이나 다른문화차이점 위주로 말하면 될거같아요. 그리고 혼자서도 리뷰 편하게 하셔도되요.. 말 많이안해도 같이보는 느낌때문에 리뷰를 보는거거든요.. 두분 시간이없어서 못만나셔서 영상을 못찍었다고 하셔서 하는말이예요. 그리고 bts가 갑자기 변한건 아니예요..8년이란 시간동안 천천히 변해왔어요. Bts는 특히 뮤비를 시간흐름대로 보시는걸 추천해요.. 그리고 지금도 힙합은 합니다. 요근래에 팝적인 음악을 많이해서그렇지.. 그리고 랩퍼들의 믹스테잎 추천합니다. 랩은 특히 꼭 가사를 중점으로 리뷰해야합니다. 방탄 리뷰는.. 뮤직비디오 리뷰, 댄스영상리뷰, 무대리뷰, 가사리뷰 달방리뷰 하시면 영상도 많이 만들수있고 할말이 더 많아질거예요. 가사가 진짜 심오하거든요. 그냥 지나가다가 리뷰를 너무 열심히하시는데.. 좀 더 잘되셨으면해서 오지랖좀 부려봤습니다. 이런말 마음에 안드시면 그냥 신경쓰지마세요. 그래도 응원할께요~

지금 K-마스크에 일본 빨대 꽂혀있습니다. 마스크 국내산 100프로 원자재 쓴다던 것들이 -한국내 일본자회사 원자재 from 구미공단- 사용하고 있습니다. 국내산 최고급 원단 이라더니 알고보니 일본에 로얄티 주는 거였네요. -도레이첨단소재- 구미공단에 공장이 4개나 있네요. 이게 바로 일본 소부장인가봅니다. 국내산 원자재 100프로 마스크 찾아쓰는 분들이 일본 부자재 일거라곤 생각을 못 하셨을 거라고 봅니다. 이것 관련 영상 제작 좀 부탁드립니다 기가 막힙니다. 나는 국내산 마스크를 산다고 샀는데 정작 제조공장들이 일본에 로얄티를 주고 있다니... 화가 납니다. 이런 제조사들 싹 다 망했으면 합니다.
I feel like you miss a lot when you talk during the playing of the music video. I get you want to have commentary but literally while heartfelt things are going on you talking non-stop over them which is hard to watch.

fake love와 on이 bts스러운 곡이고 19년부터 나온 나머지 곡들은 대중성을 가미한 곡이지
대중성이 가미되어 있는건 당연히 맞는데 bts스럽지 않은 방탄노래는 딱히 모르겠어서 동의하기 어렵군요. 방탄소년단으로 활동한 노래도, 개인별로 작업한 다른 노래도 전부 같은 사람이 했다면 그건 전부 그 사람스러운게 아닐까 저는 생각합니다. 방탄노래들도 마찬가지에요.

It seems like you guys react to the same groups over and over again. There are so many other kpop groups that exist. Wanna One, NCT (127, U, Dream), Seventeen, Monsta X, Astro, TXT, iKon, Ateez...just to name a few. There are also many other female kpop groups. I think you guys should consider doing your own research instead of choosing to react to mv's/songs based solely on recommendations/popularity.
