Dreamcatcher should've won in their last comeback, but The Show cheated them, so there's clearly more behind the scenes than actual facts. Even if they are supposed to win, someone's pulling the strings to not let it happen, so it's going to take an absolute monstrous gap to the point where faking results becomes a lot more obvious than the last for them to win, which given their popularity in Korea right now, isn't going to happen, unfortunately. On the bright side, Happyface is very supportive of them, they're not giving up, we're still getting good music, and they're the most important things. Wins are just a facade, no wins don't make them any less, don't make their music any worse and don't mean they're not good. Just like Robert Downey Jr doesn't have an Oscar win, but he's still regarded as one of the best actors. It's all in the fans' hearts.

I just don't understand how they manage to get even more amazing each comeback... its like the current one always seems like the very best and like it can't be matched and then they go and have another comeback and it just keeps getting better. Like they keep on setting the bar up so high for themselves and yet they never fail to surpass it. Damn, only Dreamcatcher can top Dreamcatcher.

Dreamcatcher is very different in this aspect and that's why they've grown so much on me to the point where they're my ult gg but I guess that's why music is diverse. If it's not your cup of tea I guess I understand, people are allowed to have different tastes and that's the beauty of music. It is a form of art anyway and there is no right and no wrong.

if you want to listen to their heavy stuff I'd suggest "don't light my fire" or "no more." Originally "no more" was made in collab with many music artists, but specifically Pontus Norgren who was worked on Babymetals music before so I think it might be more to your liking. It's sort of metal feel with some pop elements. "Don't light my fire" is a symphonic metal style and the only reason it was made was because everyone agreed that "no more" was awesome and that they wanted to create another track together. Completely fine if it isn't your taste 🤟 DC music is often experiential in their usage of genre and it's not for everyone
It's like watching and hearing a novel of horror and historical mystery. This is their magic that you will not find with anyone else, not only in the field of music.
