  • Waluigi is in a sense, an exaggeration of Luigi’s character: Luigi is known as the taller and thinner one so Waluigi is super tall and super thin Luigi is in his brothers shadow while Waluigi is in EVERYONE’s shadow Luigi longs for attention and people’s appreciation so Waluigi is desperate enough that he resorts to cheating to get it

  • You know what I love about Waluigi? Mario, Luigi, Wario, Peach, they're all "star children" blessed with great power. This is why they're capable of doing all the crazy things they do. Waluigi, though? He's just a guy. Multiple games specifically state he trains hard to match their power with his skill, and cheats only because he knows the odds were stacked against him from the start. Waluigi hates everyone else because they were freely given what he had to fight for. Nobody cared who he was until he put on the overalls. I don't know about you, but that sounds like some FANTASTIC villain motivation!
