Great. Every ground perimeter this can be implemented throughout India. Lot of places are available. Trees should get priority. Central government should create a separate department with power.
One day when I am rich, I will buy a big property where I can grown my own private forrest... Right now any tall tree would be in falling distance of my house or neighbors house, which is an insurance no-no. Also crazy strong winds here.
Instead of buying land you should start planting at vacant space in your locality. You can plant 50 thousand trees there too
