She is going under a neutral flag. Let that poor girl alone, nothing that the governement of her country is doing is her fault. She's just as good if not better than all of the other girls here so she has every right to participate. And btw I never hear any of you guys commenting on the fact that israeli or chinese gymnast are participating, and worse, with their flags.
