@RavishingSailor No matter how fit or healthy you remain, that one off meal gets you everytime haha, mine was linked heavily to anxiety so the high heart rate would set me off and I'd panic then spiral out of control, thankfully on anxiety meds these days which has helped lower the stress and blood pressure in turn allowing me to enjoy more foods again, quit alcohol 5 years ago alsom

@@adamdam I totally hear you. I work out a lot but my Blood pressure is super sensitive to salt. My Doc already has me on one blood pressure medication. Good on quiting alcohol. I quit a year ago and it really did help out a lot on the blood pressure. Sucks getting old. And I agree about the anxiety. About a year ago I felt a ton of pressure in my head, kinda like if you have a tie on and it’s up to tight. Went to the pharmacy and my blood pressure was super high. That set off a mini panic attack because then I start feeling short of breath. Wound up going to the ER. No heart attack but pressure was super high.

Yup, it's a very chewy rice cake with a texture similar to a thick mochi. It's very chewy and when you put gochujang, a rich and meaty spicy chili sauce. It forms a wonderful flavor of hot, spicy, chewy. It's a little like a chewy udon noodle or mochi if you've ever had either, but much chewier than both and very filling despite being just rice.

@@adamdam I totally hear you. I work out a lot but my Blood pressure is super sensitive to salt. My Doc already has me on one blood pressure medication. Good on quiting alcohol. I quit a year ago and it really did help out a lot on the blood pressure. Sucks getting old. And I agree about the anxiety. About a year ago I felt a ton of pressure in my head, kinda like if you have a tie on and it’s up to tight. Went to the pharmacy and my blood pressure was super high. That set off a mini panic attack because then I start feeling short of breath. Wound up going to the ER. No heart attack but pressure was super high.
