Dimash always takes his in ear out, he likes to hear the room, he often takes it out when he is about to belt. This is the first performance from the Singer 2017, after it was broadcast he woke up to 600 million fans on Weibo, and they gave him a couple of bodyguards. Dimash was so shocked when he went out to the city he had to run from the girls screaming for him 😁💖

@@cakebeforeheartbreak yes and now his fan base is enormous he has fanclubs in just about every country in the world, the clubs get together to support him with his concerts. For his recent New York concert they clubbed together and paid for his image and concert date and venue to be put on a billboard in Time Square all lit up looking beautiful, also they put posters up everywhere. This happens all the time, the clubs are a great support for him. He truly is the most loved performer by his fans 💖

@@cakebeforeheartbreak BRAZIL- Yes, BELIEVE, because it happened. I saw an interview with Dimash where he reports this. He made the presentation, after he woke up the next day to walk around the city, there were bodyguards at the reception, he did not understand and did not want to, but as soon as he left the door there were millions of fans who accompanied him on foot through the city, there is a video on KZhead showing. Even today the fans follow him when he arrives at the airport in China.

You have a long road of Dimash ahead of you. Personally, I believe he's historically the greatest singer ever. Whenever you may get to these 3 songs, it would be best to go to Gloria Wu's channel for their background stories; "Daybreak", "Autumn Strong" and "Daididau".
He reacted to several songs before... I don't get why he didn't do this one before...
Is Dimash the greatest singer alive? Well, maybe technically yes. His technique is outstanding, but creatively he still has a lot of work to do. And quality creative output is what makes an artist truly great, mere technical dexterity without creative genius is no much different than a cool party trick to impress your friends. But that's it.
He's done a lot of his songs before though

And he’s only 25, with about 20 years of classical training. 😂🤷🏽♀️ Most people sound exactly alike nowadays. And it sounds like you don’t know too much about music or singing. This guy can sound like multiple people while singing a song, when really he just has creativity that you won’t find in your average singer EVER. A man that can sound exactly like a woman and a man when singing is hard to come across. This guy is in his own lane as an artist/singer. I’d love to hear you pull off what he does, without making any mistakes. Sit back and take notes. 🥱

This performance of SOS by Dimash always makes me teary eyed 😂😭. The emotions, vocal, lyrics (sorta understood because of my limited Spanish even though it’s in French). I don’t think I can ever get tired of this performance.

my fav dimash "early years" tune, i remember being in France wit my mum when daniel balavoine was killed in a helicopter crash in 86' i think it was. It's been an awesome suicide song ever since. "why do i live, why do I die? here is an sos a earthling in distress" it's not an earpiece problem, he always takes it out when hitting big notes to get the audience's response, be involved in the moment as it were.

Justin, I needed to respond to your comment about how Dimash keeps his audience glued in to him. When he was on The World's Greatest (a terrible show, but anyway...) he was onstage with a piano and a mic stand that were LITERALLY ON FIRE and l didn't notice. Months later, someone mentioned it and l didn't believe l would have missed that so I rewatched it, and there they were. Apparently, l don't care if he's got choirs, fires, dancers, or acrobats out there...all l see is Dimash. BTW, l love your Dimash reactions and am binge watching them! You really know your stuff.

Dear Justin, I hope you used the video of this from the channel Gloria Wu as she made minor changes to the original from Hainan to avoid copyright problems. They like to issue copyright strikes every time there isn't enough pauses of their videos while a new season is going which is now until the end of April. To be safe only use videos from the channels Gloria Wu or Dimash Kudaibergen. Neither of them issue copyright problems.
