  • This focus on the “I hit him”, “did I him him”, etc makes total sense. At that point, she remembers dropping him off at a friend’s. No one would think he died there. So her mind is racing and she’s questioning herself as to whether she accidentally backed into him. Makes sense. But then facts started coming out. If she really was admitting it, and anyone took it serious? It would be in a report. Not a single first responder found it important enough to say anything. This is stupid.

      @jenniferruth812@jenniferruth81214 күн бұрын
    • @@jenniferruth812 yes, and why hasn't the Prosecution had the dash cam video enhanced so we can hear her say it. Microdots on x enhanced part of the video and you can clearly hear her say she dropped him off and her never came home.(Paraphrasing) Quite honestly, I don't care if she did, she was likely still drunk, she didn't really remember going to drop John at Fairview until Jen reminded her. Then on a few hours of sleep and very upset, mad, worried cuz her bf never made it home, she finds him in the lawn battered and dead. In that moment her mind went crazy, and she was struggling to make sense of what is going on. She likely has a blurry memory of being parked right near where he was found. Jenn has already told her John never did make it in the house. I would imagine she would question if she could have hit him. Did she not see him coming back to the car? Did she clip him when she went to leave. Given the physical evidence, the medical evidence, I don't for a second think that is actually what happened, but I can understand in all the chaos and with the previous nights drinking, only a few hours sleep, how she could wonder. It's just not the smoking gun the Prosecution wants it to be, if it was a confession, it would be in their reports and further action would have been taken on it immediately.

This family has been hit with so much heartache 💔. KR was aware of this. It didn't matter to her. She couldn't stand John not wanting a relationship anymore with her...She saw her opportunity. • Who'd be better at getting a body from inside a house to the front of his lawn w/o being noticed than Brian Albert, a Boston PD surveillance expert? Who better to know how police would investigate a dead body on someone’s property? He knew he could use his family connections w/ the Canton & State Police to keep them from asking him probing questions, taking pictures of his face/hands, and doing the same for his nephew Colin. He knew police would normally search his house, which is likely why he made phone calls that night - to make sure it never happened. He could prove us all wrong by handing over his phone, but he won’t do that. This jury is being deprived of any knowledge & evidence of the many ways in which the Alberts had their hands in this investigation. The judge is withholding evidence of the witness's bias from the jury! The _ONLY_ witness who claims to have heard Karen say she hit John happens to have been friends with Brian Albert's daughter for over ten years - and the judge doesn't want the jury to know that! In fact, she prevented them from knowing it, and they must instead infer what the true facts are solely from Jackson's unanswered questions of McLaughlin (a Canton PD Firefighter/Paramedic). As Jackson stated for the record, this is a violation of Karen Read's rights & prohibitive of a fair trial. I remind you that a man was found deceased on Brian Albert's lawn, and NOBODY in his home at the time was ever investigated. The home was never SEARCHED. The corruption is *_staring you in the face!_*
