I say this as a fan of CC and Angel and someone who recognizes the star power of Paige, JuJu, Aneesah and others coming up... Brink has the potential to be the greatest player of this generation. Possibly goat status. If she gets that 3pt shot to the mid 30's, continues to dominate the glass while scoring on the inside, along with the incredible defense she'll have as her body fills out she will be unstoppable. But none of that will come to fruition if she can only play 18 mins a game gahleeeeee. The girl is a fouling machine, and this dates back to her college years. Its like her only flaw but goodness is it a really bad one.
They got their first win last night!! Rickea has been playing great too!
I really hope that she can learn to stop taking fouls that are not needed. She has true potential to be a superstar if she can stay on the floor. I also am not a fan of the Sparks offense. Maybe the Aces have spoiled me with the great sets they run, but I don't feel like Rickea and Brink are getting the best opportunity to show off what they do best.
