it's 2023 but I still miss this show. This is my 4th time re-watching this series, too sad this got cancelled. Will never forget this show!

My life after Chuck will never be the same again. I miss Chuck. Literally everybody who has watched it, misses it. It's one of the series on this earth that will keep shining until the end of time. Everyone in the series was brilliant. Most of all kudos to Zach and Yvonne, who had uncanny chemistry together. Those are two gems who should get more awards each year. I truly hope one day, they will join forces and talents alike in a TV series again, which will bring all of us fans the greatest joy and happiness.

One thing I regretted thinking about is Spy Kids: Armageddon not having Sarah in the show so at least Spy Kids movie could've revived Chuck x Sarah in the show before Zachary talks about his feelings about Chuck Movie

You should check out some of his stand up here on YT. It's pretty good and illuminating as to how the performer is in real life, a glimpse at least. For one he talks about that he is gay, so there's a substantial irony to his character always keeping an eye on the ladies. He also his bit about the secret inner lives of chopsticks, if they could talk. He came up with a pretty creative, yet seemingly logical point of view they'd have about their place in the world. It posted on some channel that was like Comedy Lab or Comedy Workshop, something like that. And they have all kinds of people trying out more unique perspectives on comedy.

My favourite part of Chuck was Caseys development throughout the seasons, initially assigned to kill Chuck when the CIA are done with him, then growing to be good friends, even with Morgan.

Loved this show from the pilot right through to the last frame! I wanted, no, *needed* Chuck and Sarah to get together and I was a hot mess when they finally had that first kiss. The final scene just completely gutted me. That's how you know they got it right- you become emotionally invested in the characters and you feel what they feel. I think I'm starting a Chuck marathon tonight!

@@justachristiansoldier9609 it's a great ending but we are to attached to Chuck &Sarah and all of them that we lash out at the last three. It's heart breaking to see Chuck go through that. We all wanted a " And they lived happily ever after" but it rarely happens. Also this opened up a great opportunity for movies in the future.... I have never found a series that is great all through first to last episode and that's why I miss these guys the most...
@@MichaelScott69 we all wanted Chuck and Sarah to get their happily ever after and they didn't and life rarely happens that way and that really sucks. Honest question, How is that good? Isn't seeing real life happen on the screen kind of like talking about work at the barbecue?
@@brandonnewby178 bro to this day the show feels real. Well I should say the relationships. Ik in the end chuck and Sarah end up together it just sucks not being able to see it happen. You can tell that chuck will forever be her home, and with or without her memories you can tell that she wants to be with chuck. Yvonne is such a great actress and the emotions she conveys with her facial expressions is amazing. The writers more or less confirmed that chuck and Sarah end up together, but left the other details to how it happened to us. I personally think Sarah will get most if not all her memories back. The helpless romantic of me thinks the kiss at the end brought them back because when the doctors said it was too late for chuck Sarah kissed him and he woke up. Wether or not the kiss actually brought back the memories you can tell that Sarah wants to be with chuck and this is just one more obstacle in the way. I understand why a lot or people hate it because after 5 years we just wanted to see a happy ending, but we can’t change what happened. The ending obv left a great spot for a movie to take place, but the longer time goes on the less and less I think it will happen. The chemistry Zach and Yvonne have is insane and even today those 2 would do justice for chuck and Sarah. I would love to see a movie just so we can see the way the 2 came back together (or just to even see if the kiss brought back the memories or if that came with time or a mix of both) but that’s just me being greedy lol.

I wish Netflix would bring Chuck back. It was intelligently written, superbly acted, and quite possibly the best TV show of all time. Spy adventures never cease. A reunion of some kind should be done. Also Firefly was an incredible show I'd like to see return.
Just so you know, they did a reunion read through of one of the episodes now that covid has shut everything down for a little bit

first of all, the ending was not perfect lol. the show should've at least had 2 more seasons and even Sarah/Yvonne Strahvohski said that she always thought that she and Chuck would have kids; this would ultimately lighten up the atmosphere, if anything.
The ending is open to the fans interpretation and I don't mind that type of ending, but I think it was wrong for this show. The way I look at is If she doesn't regain her memory she at least knows that Chuck genuinely loves her and she would give him a "second chance" to see if she can fall in love with him over again or to see if they can rebuild their relationship on new memories. I feel If they were to bring back Chuck to TV or a movie then it would hurt the show big time. You can't leave it to viewers and then say "Oh, well this is what really happened." That's poor writing and makes season 5 ending obsolete. I think they've ended the way they did because they knew it was over with for good.

Chuck is the most hillarious, exciting and most lovable tv series I’ve ever watched. I miss Chuck and Sarah. Actually I love all the characters... there’s no dull moment and they are all good actors and actresses. I just hope that they will make another series... I hope Chuck series will be forever. I just love all of them!!! I love you Chuck...Zachary Levi...I’ll be your forever fan😘😘😘

I forgot just how much I enjoyed that show now then it's on Netflix. I was a huge fan of the show when I first started and stayed with it through the end, I really hope they do a movie. I think all fans of Chuck everywhere need to express to the powers that be that we want a movie!! we did it for Star Trek, we can do it for Chuck!!! We want a Chuck movie!
Chuck needs to come back, to me it has been one of the shows that has impacted my life the most and seen it come back would be a dream come true.

what's disappointing is that the glasses could've still gone to Sarah and she would've been fixed. Sarah saved the day in the end by suggesting Irene Demova, no flash required for that.

i just finished watching the show for the first time, and for the last 3 episodes all i did was cry, i was super sad sarah lost her memory and all. i really wish this show had more than 5 seasons or more than 91 episodes. and thank you to the fans who fought for this show to let it have a season 4 and a season 5!!! this is definitely not the last time i'm gonna watch chuck, this is such a good show to binge and rewatch!!! god bless

Thankfully there's so much good extra stuff. There's even some standup from the Jeff actor (Scott Krinsky) and it's pretty good too. I just wish there was more of it here on YT, feels like it's only scratching the surface as it seems he's been doing it for a while. He has been on a number of podcasts though too, along with the others of course. Ha, one day podcasts may have more accumulated hours of entertainment than all other forms of art and entertainment combined. And given how much cheaper and quicker it can be to produce it, it's no surprise. It's definitely our modern equivalent of the radio broadcasts that used to entertain people years ago before tv existed. But it's much more flexible given our current technology situation. I'm sure the gang of the Nerd Herd would approve ; )

I love this show. Even have a friend that worked on it... Nothing lasts forever but I'd be okay with 100 more episodes.. From laughter to tears... loved ever minute. 1.netflix is removing the show nov1 .. tell them how you feel.. 2. I have watched the 91, episodes 10 times /out takes / alternative endings..I lilked the ending they chose..
Just rewatched the whole chuck show....I Really Miss this show...so many feels going on....one of the best shows ive seen and part of it is the actors themselves, you can just tell the amazing chemistry they all have

Chuck is the best of series for me no matter when and final scene It's a profound ending. and as best as it could be I think I'll go back and watch it over and over again. Every time the time starts to change

this show was the best I have ever seen I am not saying that it is and I wish it could continue forever but I know why it can't. this show will always be one of the greatest things I have ever seen.
I recently did a full rewatch of this series, and it was, and is, awesome. The ending is very emotional. And Chuck remains one of the most important series of my childhood. (minute 2:11 milan sweatshirt)

This is one of those rare show's that would benefit greatly with more seasons which is odd as some show's that get more seasons then they actually need tend to suck.

Yes, I agree it's still sad. I just finished my third run thru it just a bit ago. I've been watching some of the extras. Did you know that the Jeff actor (Scott Krasinski) has done stand up comedy? There's some of it here on YT. It's pretty funny I love the bit he did about self aware, talking chop sticks freaking out about their place in the world.
Such a great show. I felt like I knew the characters. When it looked like Shaw was going to get Sarah I was physically upset. This has never happened to me before, not even on 24. I will miss it, even if I was just a Netflix junkie.
I watched it when it first came out but completely missed the last season as work became busy, it started on TV again so made sure I watched the first series to the last, what a show and wished they made more then five series and was sad to see the last ever episode.
The villains of course had to be villains (unsavory) but everyone else in the show were loveable characters ......... Chuck, Sarah, Morgan, Awesome, Ellie, Casey and everyone at the Buy Moore. Even the characters that were a little hard edged to begin with softened as the show progressed. In Episode one, Casey is telling his men it is "okay to kill the CIA skirt" and by Episode 8 (Chuck vs the Truth), Sarah, under the influence of a truth drug, is referring to Casey as "My partner ..... ". As far as making you just feel good about the emotions and values displayed by the characters ...... the integrity and loyalty, no other series has ever elevated my spirits more with each episode ........ and always left me with hopes for good outcomes for all the characters.
This plot made me weep until I had no tears left to shed. I was so upset when it was revealed. oh lordy, here come the tears again

There's talk of a Chuck movie. My idea for a plot. Elly continued her father's work and created her own version of the intersect tech which Chuck is poised to launch on the open market as a teaching aid (and as an aid to victims of brain damage, amnesia, and alzheimer/s) and he also has plans to finally restore Sarah's memories, but Sarah and Chuck have reignited their relationship and she's not sure if she needs or wants this. Meanwhile the CIA is NOT HAPPY that Chuck plans to release a civilian version of the intersect and Casey is called to stop him.

Carlo Panella Thank you. I've actually come up with movie plots years and DECADES before someone else actually DID the plot. I'll come up with a movie idea, mention it to a few friends and 6 months to a year or so later the same movie comes out. LOL

I didn't know that Zac and Yvonne are a real couple, nice to know. I just discovered the series Chuck and watched all 5 years every chance I had and found it to be the best series I have ever watched. The chemistry of the group was amazing.
They are not a couple. Or at least they certainly aren't now. This is the first I've heard of them being an actual couple. Given their chemistry onscreen it wouldn't be hard to believe, but there just skilled actors who seem to have a really good repore with each other. It hurt to have great story. Scripts, a great supporting cast and crew behind them to bounce their creative energy off of and make them look even better.

how could they? ITS NOT A LOVE STORY IF YOU TAKE AWAY ALL HER MEMORIES! :'( im mixed emotions about this end, i love that i get to chose to think that sarah falls in love with chuck all over again, but why couldnt we just have a perfect ending? im so sad its over...

Someone else also said if you listen to the song playing the final scene, it seems she did get her memories back, just most of that was seemingly happening off screen after it faded to black. I think they wanted to give it a more grounded and realistic approach. The lyrics in that last song were ''rivers and roads til I return to you'' (or something close to that). I take that as a reference to the neural canals of her brain starting to rewaken. And we already saw her regaining some memories during that last episode. Some other people have created their own alternate endings here on YT with different editing. I haven't seen them yet, maybe they will give you more satisfaction than the official ending. I think the best ending is pressing play again on episode 1. We all know we'll be doing it again, hence how it is a TON of us are still talking about it many years later.
This show was AWESOME......I bought the complete DVD set, along with watching all 5 season's on Netflix. I raised hell on Netflix for removing the series from my watch list. They have to pay royalties.......so it goes, goodbye Chuck, thank's for memories !

Bought the CD set, just finished watching the series and sad the journey is now over :( The viewers were a big part of all the characters lives for 5 years/91 episodes. I found it really hard watching S3e1 to S3e13. Sarah went from nearly bonking Cole, to bonking Shaw, then saying she loved Chuck since her phone was fixed in S1. Chuck went from bonking Hannah to then dumping her the next day and admitting he's always loved Sarah. Seriously WTF????? Those episodes tainted their relationship for me going forwards. Then the ending is not conclusive. Sarah might still never regain her memory. The fans deserved better. The final episode should have finished with Sarah telling Chuck she was pregnant. Interested to see where Yvonne's career goes from here? Please get some decent movie roles. Would love to see Yvonne play a BOND girl! :) In every episode Sarah was absolutely stunning :) :)
