@@pineapplesideways3820 Yes you can use whatever style you want but under the IAAF and Olympics rules for high jump competitions, you can only take off using one foot not two. Have a look at some videos of high jump competitions and you will see that they all take off from one foot.

Grew up doing flips in the 80s junior high and highschool. This dude is on another level, and I've seen the Jesse white tumbling team from Chicago do unbelievable stuff, but this dude double backs on concrete is incredible
His hangtime is what amazes me. It's like he's in air forever He's got great natural ability and once you can put that together with the knowledge of how to use your momentum you can do crazy things. I couldn't dream of doing this. I never had good jumping.
