Khan's Guard are OP! 90% of my battles end with absolutely 0 casualties and I've been able to maintain that even in battles against opponents twice as large

Nah, Aserai Vanguard Faris mixed with elite cataphract. The elites rush through while the faris run around and hail javelins in everyones back. I play on Bannerlord and defeat armies with 500+ soldiers to my 240 and win with maybe 1-3 casualties. Depends on what they have. and it doesnt take nearly this long 😂

Khan's guard are probably the best Cavalry unit in the game. The only downside I see to them (outside of being freakishly expensive to maintain) is that it's hard to train them enough to reach a critical mass, because they tend to get killed before they reach the top of the promotion tree >
Just have that skill perk where trashed weapons and armor turns to exp.

i love how they say" shoot at will" in comand instead of "fire". its soo stupid when people say fire to archer eventhoug that comes after guns . even in Lord of the Ring king Theoden says fire to his archer in Helmsdeep only Game of Thrones did it right by saying draw and loose

Try them in sieges of cities and you will know why they are the worst
these troops are so hard to train though
If you have the Steward Perk that lets you donate armor and weapon for exp, you can train them easily. My playthrough is usually Max Rogue for getting a lot of loot after each battles, that way I can dump lot of exp, get lots of gold, and even get bandit troops easily. Sure you don't have focus to invest on your own combat skill, but hey, at least you're surrounded by the most OP troop in the game.
Just don't let the A.I takeover the command
