ASMR Immunity Test, Are You a Newbie or Expert? (No Talking)
Today I’m doing another immunity test to find out if you are a ASMR newbie listener or expert listener. When I first started listening to ASMR, I was immune to nothing and tingled to everything! But slowly, I started getting immunity and went for more intense triggers. But sometimes new triggers that you don’t usually listen to also help with immunity.
For today’s video, I picked out 10 different triggers, and ordered them from gentle/slow to fast/rough, so you can find THE trigger to beat your immunity (and of course also to help you sleep, study and relax!) Full version coming up next!

My two best tips for poor tinglers: 1.) Close your eyes and imagine the sound is behind you. This is especially effective with scratching and whispers for me, if I can convince myself they're behind me it doubles the tingle effect. ✨ 2.) Take a break from ASMR and come back later. When I'm not feeling the tingles like I think I should, I take a two-week-long break from ASMR content, totally cold turkey. When I come back everything feels almost new again. 🎉 Obviously everyone is different, these won't necessarily work for everybody, but they could be worth a try! 💕
I've heard the take a break one a lot too and for some people it really helps- but I almost never get tingles and I could go months without watching asmr again and still get no tingles im not sure why- any tips on that?
@@BarbieFlesh6928 so for me, I get no tingles without headphones. The sound has time to spread out before you can really experience the tingles. If you’re not already, I would try using headphones. That way, you get to hear each sound like it is right in you’re own ears!
@@mggie135 Thanks for the tip I actually don't use headphones because usually these are to help me sleep and I cant sleep with headphones on
@@BarbieFlesh6928 I’ve heard of headbands with headphones in them so you can sleep with asmr on :) you might like it!
@@BarbieFlesh6928 i have a sleep mask that has headphones in it, best investment ever
Im a jaded ASMR lover who is tired of never getting tingles,..however I love to relax to great sounds & hand movements.
It’s funny because I was the opposite when I started years ago. I didn’t get tingles but it was relaxing and helped me sleep. Then one day it got a little tickle in the back of my head and it just kept growing until I got a shiver down my spine. Been hooked ever since!
@@pickleshanks Lucky you! I hope it keeps up for you.
@@stevensko9153 Yes kind of, for some of us, Ive given it a break lots of times but still dont get any physical reaction . I do love it still though.
@@stevensko9153 I've taken up to a year off and still only get it occasionally with really aggressive or intense triggers but that's it like 90% of what I started watching does nothing now.
@@FIONA21ful found it. Make sure you listen patiently... the crazy tingles will come way into the video. Don't get frustrated or in a hurry... just relax and listen all the way through. So make sure you don't skip ahead in any parts. Tell me if it have you tingle. kzhead.info/sun/mLizd9xtpWmno6M/bejne.html
I'm pretty immune to most tingles. ASMR is usually something just nice to listen to. But the few times I have genuinely experienced tingles, were all from your videos. Litteral chills. Keep up the great work!
Yeah same
Chills aren’t tingles tho
Me too! Same with Gibi
What I don to fix that typically is stop watching it for like a week and they will be back
@@plaqueboymike I have literally never gotten them.
I rarely, if ever get a proper tingle out of ASMR. But it is still pleasant stimulation. I'd say that for me, ASMR is more about entertaining my ears and exploring 'noises'. Some of these noises are 'very' stimulating to the point that I do get something akin to a chill. I noticed a discernible response to the sounds from 7 onwards that had a greater effect on me, so I guess 7 is where I'm at. I listen to a lot of ASMR, it's a nice way to stimulate your ears/hearing.
I agree, I use it for white noise because it's more pleasant to listen to than static noises.
Been listening to ASMR for 5 years now and am apparently still at the newbie level. I’m thankful for my lack of tingle immunity 😅
bro you're so lucky I lost my sense of tingles after days

Rust sound effects💀
8:11-8:25 is absolutely heavenly!! I need a video of just that!!
I haven't gotten tingles in over a year, I just like listening to the sounds. It helps me relax
What I really enjoy is both the ears not being simultaneously being simulated, perhaps taking turns etc. A mixture of them all, also visual tingles are great too. Seeing those metal rods and nails going through the texture of the mic was awesome.
Your asmr is always so unique and relaxing...I love your channel
i was one of those people who got really strong tingles the first time i listen to asmr and have since been looking for something to get that feeling again. ive found stuff that's good but nothing like that first time.
This is literally the description of a drug addiction😂
I guess I am invincible 😢
Every single one of these Triggers (except for the fast tapping) gave me really nice and soft tingles. Amazing video, this will definitely not be the last time I watch this!
I'm a platinum lvl asmr enjoyer that used to be immune to tingles but fortunately after trying several different methods I finally managed to unlock my tingles thanks to bakery😊❤🔑 Pro tip: if you're someone who no matter how hard you try can't get any tingles, try to relax your mind and strongly avoid thinking about the source of the sound/what thing is making that sound and just focus your mind on the sound only I hope It can help some of you✌
69th like
i usually try imagining something that might make that sound, for example i imagine sand falling from somewhere for triggers that would sound like that
Whatever that first trigger was, I loved it. This whole video was honestly amazing. A longer video with these would be amazing, or at least the first trigger
This was absolute bliss 🤤 And the length was perfect, because I could actually get to sleep afterwards.
im 100% immune to tingles i would love to tingle to feel how it is but no matter what any asmr i watch doesn't make me tingle but i still watch asmr cause of the good sounds
feel you
Make sure you're not too warm like have some exposed skin it helps
close your eyes and imagine the sounds are next to you like someone is doing it in your ear
Maybe try watching ear eating asmr videos
@@user-fx5dx9lr5p i tried that, it didn't work
The amount of tingles I get from this is awsome 😍😩✨❤️
Lucky. Too many of us don't get tingles, but stay for the calming sounds and visuals.
Same it’s so tingly I always get tingles from the smallest things istg
finally, I've finally found another one, one that I can listen to from start to end that gives me ASMR all the way. it's not easy to find these great ones, especially when you're like me.
The variety of sounds is a delight to my ears!
my inspiration!!!! amazing as always 😍✨💜
omg i love how for the invisible tapping its matched up!!
i’ve been obsessed w asmr since like 2017 and i’ve never felt tingles before
As a person who has never tingled before I coincidentally fell most satisfied with ASMR with triggers at the Newbie, Beginner, Elementary, and Invincible stages. Those were the triggers that always give me a feeling of satisfaction or something closing to tingles but I have never experienced it. This is quite interesting.
Great vid! No intro, no outro, nothing unnecessary. Loved it!
that last sound and the leather ones aaaaa i loved them i have pretty bad tingle immunity right now and those triggers totally broke through it, thank you!!!
Strong tingles from this one, which isn't common for me any more since I've been watching ASMR for so many years now. Thank you!
I'm a weirdo because everything except the tapping gave me tingles. The pouch scraping with that tiny little pokey thing was amazing. I could listen to a whole video of that!
Yoo the amount of tingles i got😭Asmr is a great thing to listen to!
I think I just like it a lot when it's using a mic for each ear... The tingles make me feel very happy
Master level with the leather pouch scraping? Delightful!! ❤️ I need more of that
I have only experienced ASMR from having conversations with people over the phone and it doesn't happen often. I've never been able to trigger it with these types of videos even though they are incredibly relaxing.
8:11 - 8:26 the best sound ever.
i watch this any time im having difficulty going to sleep and i have fallen asleep every single time except maybe twice where i just could not hardly close my eyes. i keep coming back to this video it works so well for me
Honestly I tingled to all of them because your ASMR is so tingly, thank you for this
In my experience, it is not just the sounds and visuals but the way the person is watching that gives tingles. If I'm in bed or laying down, it's easier to get tingles than if I were at my desk doing nothing. A comfy chair (I use a bean bag chair), alone in a dark room, wrapped in a blanket, provides the best tingles for me.
omg the tingles at the end were so strong that my tingles had tingles!
Hi Bakery, am in love with the asmr of the invicible tier, would love to get more and longer contents for that tingles, much appreciated!
that little tiny wand on the leather near the end was amazing. I've never seen anyone do that one before.
YES omg so tingly i legit felt this in the back of my brain
I've become more or less immune to tingles but I continue to find ASMR extremely soothing. I tend to gravitate toward artists who are committed to their craft and produce quality material, such as yourself. I've been watching ASMR for years now, since it was first posted on YT. That may not make me an expert but I'm definitely a veteran. BTW, I cringe at the sight of shoddy nails. Your manicures are absolutely perfect. I love the color as well as the length and shape of your nails. Beautiful and soothing.
I havent gotten tingles in so long, thank you!
I’ve been watching asmr for a long time but out of all them the elementary level got me😊
It’s been a while since I been tested, thank you 😁❤❤❤❤
OMG FINALLY ANOTHER IMMUNITY TEST SERIES AFTER SO LONG😭🙏
Your asmr is so good that you had given me the tingles with the newbie stage lol
This helped me relax so much. I've had horrid sinus issues lately and this really made me feel some comfort along with tingles. I just wish I actually had someone to press on my face/eyes while listening to this. x.x thank you!
The invisible tapping was SO GOOD!
FRRR
if you wanna have tingles, try relaxing your muscles and be comfy, and don’t expect for the tingles, they just come naturally. been enjoying asmr since 2016 and i hate tingle immunity but that tip helps me a lot! my fave bits: 2:11 2:46 4:37 4:44 5:44 7:11 ~ 7:35 8:26 8:40 ~ 9:10 soooo good! 9:53 love to asmr bakery for the endless ear candies 💕
I listen to ASMR all the time with no tingles this is the first video ever to make me tingle wow !!
I love the invisible triggers very much 🥺 And the wooden balls !
I don't ever get tingles, but I love invincible the most. I hope you have an extended version of these.
I think she has a playlist called helicopter asmr, maybe give that a try :)
@@MegaVoidwalker omg I know I'm not the person you replied to but thanks so much for recommending that video! I just watched it and it's really good asmr!!

My tingle immunity is REALLY high from watching your videos, I’ve listened to so many of your triggers I’ve become immune I’ll edit the edit space when I’m done Edit: Tingled slightly but not enough for me to count on elementary level, I didn’t tingle to anything else
yesterday night i was searching for immunity test asmr, wow now you just posted this !!
i always listen to your videos and i just wanna drop by and say your videos always make me go to sleep. thank u!
this is so good. I love how you never talk. Would love a nail tapping one, ones where they don't talk are so hard nigh impossible to find. ps: i have 4-5 of your videos downloaded cus now apparent i need them to sleep
it's weird, i don't get any tingles, so i lasted till the end... but i still enjoyed this video, thanks for making this for us! :))
I thought I was going to last a long time without tingles because latley I haven’t gotten any but I guess you’re just amazing because almost right away I was getting some, it’s good to have them back, definitely a pleasant surprise
slow tapping will forever remain in my heart
My tip for getting back your tingles is to make sure you're not too warm! Ideally there should be a little airflow on some part of your skin, arms, neck, to help with getting those nice tingly goosebumps.
I'm here in the middle of humid summer in the uk where we have no air con 😅
I need more Invisible tapping. Too satisfying🥰
You know it's a good video when the video starts and 3 seconds in you feel tingles
I like all of them but spheres rubbing was out of this world, I kept on repeating that part!! Sadly didn’t got tingles but I love this video gonna put it in my favourite asmr playlist so I can listen to it before I sleep 😊
Ive never had tingles but number 5 finally gave me tingles
this was my first time getting tingles it feels funny 😭thanks
I love the tapping on the eraser, really tingly
What I’d give to experience asmr for the first time again, I would literally lay in bed with a huge ass smile on my face in awe of how great it felt, one of those experiences were you just couldn’t stop smiling. I still get them every now and then but not the that level
0:11 Cosmo and Wanda when Timmy Turner wishes for asmr tingles LOL 💤✨
I started getting very intense tingles from the "invincible stage" that broke my tingle immunity. Nice.
I broke on the first one😅😂
I used to tingle at everything. Now i tingle very rarely but this one has made me tingle a lot and i love you for that. Thank you
I haven’t listened to asmr in a long while..just the preview alone reminds me why I liked it
Okay, there’s witchcraft after beginner level xD
I've been listening to asmr nearly every night for 5+ years and I've only experienced tingle immunity a few times thank the gods. I got tingles through the whole video so I can't wait for the full version 😍
how long does immunity last? i don't get tingles much anymore and when I do there are weak. what do you do to get rid of immunity?
@@cuuplocing3898 the few times I've had it it lasted anywhere from a few days to a couple weeks or so. The best cure I've found is to use an external speaker instead of headphones/earbuds. Gives a different more subtle kind of tingle
@@cuuplocing3898 usually tingle immunity can be cured by taking a tingle break, try not listening to asmr for a couple days or weeks if necessary, if you can't sleep in silence use rain sounds instead, after your tingle break your immunity should be cuted or atleast lessened enough to where you get tingles again (note that this does not work for eveyone it's just a general way to regain tingles)
I SUCCESSFULLY PASSED THE IMMUNITY TEST!!!! I DIDNT GET A SINGLE TINGLE BUT to be fair i have been listening to ASMR for like 2 years nearing 3 year of me listening to asmr and i always sleep to asmr bakery's vids so good job!!!
I still get tingles after 7.5 years of continuous listening 🫣
I never get tingles but like asmr lol
Amazing as always! ❤️
i’m convinced some people don’t know how to scratch/brush a mic bc this version gave me some tingles back i usually love a good ear flutter to send spine chilling ones

My favorites were beginner, proficient, superior, and the first part of master. They were so relaxing. My least favorite was expert, idk why that one just was unpleasant for me.
I watched my very first asmr video in 2015... (time is gone wtf) Since three years (or more) I dont get tingles anymore, just sometimes if my alltime favorit trigger hits the spot. But I still enjoy asmr so much😊
