What's up Guys
Join me on a journey through my day in this cinematic vlog, where I showcase my morning routine, rigorous table tennis training sessions, and intense physical workouts. In this installment, I've opted for a more cinematic approach, allowing the visuals to speak for themselves as I immerse myself in each activity. It's been some time since my last vlog, so I take this opportunity to provide an update on the past three months, offering insights into my progress and experiences during this period. Tune in for a glimpse into my world, where dedication and hard work pave the way for success on and off the table.
Enjoy 😁
Iba🙋🏾♂️

Bro Iba Please continue your video. We all cheer you. Let us know your coming match timetable. Thanks Bryan
I wish I could play at that level where practicing with Michael is worthwhile! And I saw that your friend Mehdi won doubles at the African Games. Congratulations to you both!
keep uploading!!! 🤩
Will try my best 🙌
Hey Iba it is great to see you back vlogging again. Quick question: How often do you do service practise, and how do you keep it structured? Thanks in advance
Glad to see you back at it! I always really enjoy watching your videos. Take care!
Thank you 🙌😁
Iba, can you please do a video how to improve the service and how you practicing your serves
Thanks, Iba! Always enjoy the videos. Upload when it feels right for you!

Let’s go ibaaa
💪🏾💪🏾
Love this video brooo
Thank you 🙏🙌
Please make a video about match tactics and the difference from pro to amateur games in that aspect. I feel like playing on a regional level makes other tactics way more viable (for example serving long with followups.)
Excellente vidéo, la réal est vraiment bonne, continues ce que tu fais iba !
Un grand merci !
super vlog ! Tout mon soutiens pour tes futurs matchs.
Merci beaucoup 😊
Nice video Iba!! Great rallies! Plz keep uploading. I would love to see some typical 2h practise for average player. :)
Thank you 😁
great video
Thanks 🙏
great video!
Thanks !
Hi Iba, another great video! Are you using the Kit lens to film this video? The new camera quality looks amazing!
Yes I am! 😁
Hi Iba, you can make a video on the topic, questions for famous tennis players (with whom you train), about what equipment, blades or rackets he play
Amazing ralies
🔥🔥
Hey Iba! a great video, its good to see you again! I think the video was a little dark and out of focus at times, but that's a matter of adjusting and adapting to the camera.
Thanks for the great feedback, I’ll work on that next time 😁
Je ne connaissais pas ta chaîne cette vidéo est vraiment très sympa !
Merci et bienvenue 😁
Hi Iba! What pre and post Table Tennis stretching do you suggest? After playing TT again for the first time in a while the other day, my back ached so much the day after! Thank you and good luck with your upcoming competitions!
Long time no see Iba! Definitely missed your vlogs man but if no vlogs during tournament helps then don’t do it once a month is good enough if you have to keep it up like that.
Thanks for the support 🙏
Loved the editing and footage in this one! Sorry might've missed it but have you done a video on how you analyze your match footage both before and after a match? I think that could be interesting.
Thank you 😁 in my previous vlogs I talked briefly about how I’m gonna play my opponents !
I heard that the best athletes are the latest to leave the hall, but staying until 99:59 is the next level (5:13) :)))
Sorry I didn’t get that 😅
@@IbaDiaw The clock at 5:13 shows 99:59 :)
Nice video 👍🏻
Thanks 🫡
3:50 iba and another player moved almost exactly in sync‼️😮💨
I’m faster 😈😝
thanks!

Great video; is that club close to copenaghe? I was thinking on moving there but saw there aren’t too many clubs . Cheers!
Thank you 😁 it’s not a club but the national training center 😁
@@IbaDiaw ahhh makes sense 😂 so I’m right, there aren’t any clubs for intermediate players in cph right? I might move to Spain then, even if is not my profession, I’m pretty addicted to the sport 😂 training everyday currently usatt 2000
Great to see your dedication to table tennis,Which insoles you use?
Thanks 😁, I use from my podologue !
Hi iba, i know you’ll probably be super busy, but i have a question, if you could answer that would be gold! What blade and rubber combination did you use as a beginner to improve your fundamentals? Do you have any suggestions for such combinations?
hello. I'm watching your matches. R1 in Saudi Smash too. I see that you are quite critical about your game during the match. "Critical" means not only negative expressions, but every upset and every "ole". In my opinion (ofkors) : maybe you would benefit from zeroimg your own opinion about your performance during the match (and after it as well). it all disturbs your automatical body, reaction time ... = FOCUS. I reccomend the idea of Inner game, introduced by Tim Gallwey, check his book if ypu dont know it "Inner Game of Tennis". there are some vids on youtube with simple explanation about this idea, i recommend rather vids with Tim Gallwey in person. Stay in Peace! greetings
Hey man this looked like your ideal schedule but what about multi drills and mobility exercises?
Well I’m making mobility before every session, and for multiball I’m doing it 2-3 times a week and that wasn’t the case that day ! 😁
Okay, so can you please make a detailed video on your weekly routine also? And please add your exercises for footwork and power
About your shoe , Do you buy it yourself or get sponsored?
Video tres sympa!
😁
Get sigma 16 mm 1.4 as lens and turn your iso up a little
I’ll get the FX30 with a sigma 10 to 18 2.8 😎
Iba are you stil using Simon Gauzy SL?
No, Synteliac VCO 🏓
So altogether around 3 hrs table tennis itself training per day? excuding the fitness training and serving....
Minimum 4 hours at the table + fitness and service 😁
What does a week look like? Have you found a new club?
You would like a week vlog !? No I don’t have club for next season 😁
@@IbaDiaw Just what a week looks like in your life right now if there is any difference from day to day.
I really love your vedios 🖤 may i ask how you make money or what you do for a living ?
Thank you ! I’m a pro athlete so I only play table tennis 💪🏾🏓
@@IbaDiawdid you go to college? If yes which college
@@xxnoiseyxxxxnoiseyxx2009no I didn’t go to college yet 😁
