with each of your videos I am amazed by the precision of your works and the ability you have to illustrate them. Well done👍🏻
I am watching with my mouth open. You are making your own valve seats. WOW. You truly are a master craftsman.
Such a nice job, this looks nearly brand new again!
Great repair and great tools!
I am really impressed with your tool collection. I have not done valve lapping in years, and back then it was done by hand. could you put a list of your equipment and flapper grit etc. This is fascinating.
Very interesting work and nice to see that destroyed head brought back to life. Great effort for sure.
Idk if I'm more amazed at the work or video editing...all around great job
Mr. Paul thanks again for sharing your best experience
Paul you have reached out an outstanding and smart job, you deserve more fancy comments, and thanks.

Nice work
*sekian lama yang dinanti-nanti akhirnya upload juga..*
Congratulations friend, nice work. Here in Brazil we have the habit of leaving the back of the ADM valves very rough after helping against turbulence and improving the fuel air mixture.
👍
AMAZING, VERY VERY NICE, THANKS,
Great! Saw a drawer with spares of valve seats ..you did not use them on this one ?
Good work done. You could get even more good results if you follow some suggestions. First the weight of the newly made valves seem to be more massive, which may result in the bouncing at higher engine rpm. Next the valve face seat print must not be more than 1.5 mm. If it is less than 1.5 mm, the valve seat may overheat. If it is more wider, the valve can become sticky. The valve seat is always kept inside than the center line of the valve face. With the passage of time and usage, the valves tend to force inside the seat, and premature failure of valves can occur. Thank you again for your good work. Keep it going.
Thanks bro.
Grazie. congratulations for the professionalism, SUPER! Can I ask what kind of material did you use to build the valve seats? Thank you.

OLÁ. Muito interessante. Falta acabamento em algumas operações. Em outras falta conhecimento. O retirar e colocar a séde nova é Hilariante. Roberto Udo Krapf
Hi Paul, I've watched quite a few of your videos on repairing the heads and cam bridges on the KTM's. Is this a service that you would quote for? I live in Scotland and I'm finding it very difficult to find a machine shop that is willing to take on the task of repairing my cylinder head off a 2018 SXF 250. The galling on the cam journals is not as bad as some of the ones that you have repaired. Kind regards Keith Thornburn
Very nice work ! When cutting the exhaust valve 45deg, how do you ensure that you have removed the right amount of material so that the valve lash in within the adjustable range ?

Good joob 👏👏👏👏👏👏
Nice work, what material you made the seat inserts out of? Original looked like berryllium copper?

I always enjoy seeing you at work and the amazing tools and machines at work. I am not a machinist and have no knowledge of the craft, but I would like to ask a question: I notice that you do most of the machining processes without the use of a cutting fluid or coolant; why is that?
You can get higher performance with coolant.
Wonder how much this op cost/charge , great work, true pro here

Great work...just material in and ex valves is not the same...usualy... You can make intake valves out of exhaust, but not a way around😬 But craftman skils you have are wery god
🧠👍

🤩🤩🔥🔥🔥👍👌👌
Canggih,,👏,👏,,
🥰
👍
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I repaired a KTM head to a friend some time ago. Exhaust valves were OK, and intake were destroyed. Strange, I thought. Then, I used a magnet and noted that intake valves were plain steel (magnetic) , an exhaust valves were some non magnetic steel, ( as it should). Not sure how manu tyme will last intake valves modified to exhaust valves due to the steel quality..
all four - plain steel
There is no payment for this job❤❤❤❤
Looks just like an RFS KTM cylinder head. Really close anyways. KTM must have bought the tech from Berg eh?
My drill is my lathe I do everything with it
👍
PoL are you renting a workshop? 🤔
FIRST :D
Where is your valve grinder. Seat grinder.
Why didn't you use the tig to get the seats out. You are a bit un Orthodox.where is your spirit level?
