Hello! I’m an young artist and I’ve been practising realistic portrait drawing since this January, so I’m still a novice in it. So anyways I learned from youtubers like ergojosh and Angel Ganev, they give good insight in it. Learning anatomy and how to distinguish shapes from pictures can be helpful. To see shapes I’ve personally used asarohead (a3D model).
But after all everyone’s journey is different so it’s important to know there is no one way. But researching different ways is good to help find your own way. You seem like a nice person so if you wanna talk more i have an instagram account @inatheartist :). have a very nice day or night

First off- the painting is lovely! And honestly your one of the people I can just watch and listen to draw and color. Like at times for me draw and talk videos are much of my thing- so it’s nice to watch your videos! ALSO- about the messed up sleep schedule- what you can do it fast for about 12-16 hours and it should go back to an average sleep schedule! Ofc- you don’t have to only if your willing ofc! =D All the best
