I see so few people finishing their CT Flawless Filter and I just don’t want expensive products to go to waste so you actually finishing it is really encouraging

Doesn't have to be a full-on allergy to be problematic-- if something hurts, tickles or any abnormal reaction, please toss it! I have a sensitivity to some lip/face items that make my lips swell up and get sore; it's a pain, but you just never know how deep the damage can go. Great progress!
Ok Sarah, you're a numbers girl, so look at this! There are 16 items on your plan to pan list. So far, 9 of them have been rolled into the project and you have focused on them. Of those 9 products, you have completely used up 4, almost used up 2 more, and decluttered 1, meaning, of the 9 products rolled in so far, (almost) 7 products have left your collection! Officially, 5 products have left your collection, 1 being decluttered and 4 being used up. Using up the lipstick and highlighter would get you to the 7 total. But 9 out of 16 products on the list having been worked on and 4 of them being used up is a huge accomplishment! Go Sarah!
I think the way you're doing this project is so much easier to make progress and feel excited about. Very successful first quarter.. can't wait to see next quarters picks.. you've got some new things lately, so I'm excited to see. 😻😻
It's so encouraging and inspiring to see creators actually finish up products! I think breaking up your project pan into quarters is extremely helpful as well because you won't get tired of trying to use up the same products all year long. Way to go!

Wow! Fantastic job! I think it's so smart to pan cream products. I also think it's a success when you form a conclusion to declutter something. It moves out of your collection so you can give your attention to products you really love.

So cool! To melt up products without a mess I use a regular metal spoon that I don't mind ruin a bit (I use always the same one) and I put the product in and a lighter/candle below. The melting is pretty fast, and if you're using multiple colors/flavors you can easily mix with a spatula or another spoon. I use this method with the tiny amount of chapstick remaining in the tube, after leveling at the plastic, just as your Covergirl lipstick and it works wonderful.

I think that’d be interesting to see like how many products were from your old project, how many get chosen for the new project, and how many were just old favorites you reached for again or new additions to your collection. Not counting exact usage but just what products were reached for generally.

Wow amazing progress! Regarding the tickling at the back of the throat, it definitely is a form of allergic reaction, albeit a mild one. My son would say the same thing if he accidentally tasted a little egg, when he was young and allergic to it. Any more ingestion would then cause a more severe form of reaction. So your reaction is very mild... With the potential to be more severe if you ingested more product. Not worth keeping, for sure.
I developed an allergy to shellfish about 5 years ago. Lobster will make my throat close up, but shrimp and crawfish will make my throat itchy in the same way that you described. I also know that some cosmetics will make my throat itch this way too, because they share some ingredient. I am allergic to some vegan ingredient that makes things red, so I can't buy vegan reds and have to use Carmine.

I love the Milani blush and have a huge pan in the same shade! It took me about a year I would say, but I wasn't using it all the time. I think you are close to hitting pan though!

I have the same problem with some lip products. First I thought it was the fragrance in the lip products, but I used to have quite a few Clinique lip products and Clinique doesn’t have fragrance in any of their products, and they still tingled my throat :/ so I don’t have any idea from what ingredient is happening :/

Just bought the kosas concealer and I'm worried of it going bad quickly before it's done, have you experienced that?
Nice pans! I've panned 2 of the Kosas concealers and neither one of them turned on me, I often wonder if it's just that my sniffer isn't as sensitive as others? I don't know, it's just weird to me that I never experienced it.
What lipstick are you wearing? So pretty.
I've heard from several people about the kosas concealer going bad I'm on my second tube had it for almost 12 months neither have turned a funny smell I'm thinking it may be where it's purchased from due to storage time or conditions 😊 I've been very lucky with it.
i live in australia so ive tried my fair share of nude by nature lip products, in my experience all the liquid lip products are weird like that, however im not sure if thats only my experience with them or not
Sarah, I think I just experienced what you are talking about with that lipgloss. I have a new lipstick that has a strong, weird chemical/floral smell/taste, which is kind of metallic and numbing/tingly like you say, and stays on my tongue, etc. Yeah, not an allergic reaction, just a gross product. This from a well know brand that I love and is usually good quality. Money wasted.
How much product is left in the kosas powder once you have it level with the pan? I'm working on it this year myself and I've flattened it down
Once it’s flat and you hit pan it goes really fast! The pan sits only about a millimeter below the outer rim of the compact.

That's great progress 😊 If I were you I would use up the lipstick/highlighter combo in the next project pan bc now that you've scraped it out of the original packaging and mixed it you don't know for how long it will still be good... 🙈
On your cover girl lipstick honey bloom, I just saw a video that there’s a sample lipstick at the bottom of it. Just twist it, I think it’s worth to try to check if there’s really a lipstick inside 😅

Yeah, it a bummer. I also thought the covergirl had lipstick at the bottom. My old sleek lipstick had a squared bottom, so I had to push it through the whole tube once I finished the lipstick. But if the lipstick has a round bottom then it can be unscrewed like in this vid: kzhead.infoj_N_moE0vIc?feature=share
