  • The best era of basketball!! I was in the middle school when this game was played. I really miss the 90s. Actually I was about to go to middle school 93 August.

  • Good example here of the type of physicality that was allowed and just part of the game when Mike played. Players today don’t have to play through that, and still nobody is anywhere near doing what Mike did.

  • It least, the Chicago Bulls made it to the 1993 NBA Playoffs after the 1992-93 NBA Regular Season had ended, and that's a good thing for the Bulls.

  • Starks was that guy who would shoot you out of a game or win a game. If he had shot even 40% in game 7 of the ‘94 finals, the Knicks end up winning. Starks shot 2-18 and the Knicks lose by 6 points. Riley is also to blame for not pulling him.

  • The story of John Starks is always a little confusing......he was bagging groceries and not in the league, but then he got a job with the Knicks and is out there dunking on NBA players, and is a pretty decent NBA guard? And he could play against the best team of the 1990s and probably beyond, pretty well?

    @JK-br1mu@JK-br1mu26 күн бұрын
    • answered my own question, by looking it up. Horrible shooting %, even though he had a decent shot. Was almost okay in shooting % for a couple years in the 90s though....good 3 pt shooting %

  • Well MJ is the GOAT for sure but John was a great player in his own right. I can't imagine if John was taller like MJ 6.6 could be after MJ second spot and not Kobe IMO, an awesome player and very fun to watch.
