    • Seriousy. I have never seen anything like that. It wouldn't take much to keep the oil can clean. And they didn't even clean the dust of the shaft before assembly. Really poor quality control. Makes me wonder about the quality of all the other components with crap like that getting mixed with the oil.

    • the suitable moisture content will be 15-18% more or less , if too dry , then spraying some water is necessary .

  • I bought my first machine from another company and got the machine right away but ZERO instructions! Not one single page on how to lube or work the machine. It was wired for the motor to run backwards and the gears were not connecting in the transmission…in the end the entire machine had to be recreated and sent back to the factory! This video showed more in a few minutes than I was able to get from this other company in two weeks!

  • one question. when you do the grinding in process, you do with 5 kg raw material 1 kg sand and 1 liter oil, 7 kg material but it takes 1 hour. why it takes that long?

    • For the new die, it usually takes longer time. But later before making the pellets, it just needs 15 minutes.

    • do not need . if your materials are wood sawdust or other biomass materials such as rice husk , straw or peanut shell etc, or bamboo , do not need adhesives. but if your materials charcoal powder , then adhesives are necessary . so what about your materials ? and required capacity ? so that we can offer you the suitable type of machines

  • Perhaps an auger fed furnace would not require so much energy making the pellets. Auger in coal, wood chips or sawdust into a basement furnace without compressing into pellets.

    • I have seen an auger fed furnace using pellets. It seemed efficient because the standard pellet size made it possible to feed reliably, using a thermostat to control speed.

    • True story - in Madison , Wi, there was a large experimental furnace that did burn multiple types of fuel. Pellets, bark, sawdust..it was working , so Gov Walker, in his infinite $tupidity, cancelled the project. Can't have innovative new tech disturbing the status quo of Energy interests that helped elect him..

    • I have seen the result of an auger fed coal fire. It burned for 3 days in the hopper and the fire department was here the entire time. Ever seen a sawdust fire? thats how most sawmill fires get started

  • So, you build a mill to make wood pellets at home, and then make it three phase? Most homeowners do not have three phase power.

    • If you are interested in 3 phase power I am currently setting up a dealership for a Biofuel cogeneration power plant that puts out 10 kw of 110/220 single phase or 330 3 phase power and 25 kw of hot water I am still doing research on interest for this product would like to hear back from interested parties in western Canada Thank You

    • If you have an electric stove it is most likely that you have 3 phases indoors.. And if you have so much saw dust you need to make pellets you probably have a complete workshop with fancy equipement running on 3 phase allready. And if you seem to need to make pellets from bought saw dust you most likely are willing to hire an electric-pro to install an outlet

    • An electric stove is no indication that you have a three phase service. I have yet to see a three phase service to any residential home. On top of that, the vast majority of wood working equipment that someone would have in a home shop, is single phase. The only option is to install a phase convertor at significant cost, to run a machine that should simply have a single phase motor to begin with......pointless.

    • 3-phase equipment requires three transformers on your pole and the utility charges you for each one. Stoves are 220v but single phase, meaning they have two hot wires, a ground and a neutral. three phase will have three hot wires.

  • Nice machine however the rollers and die should be made from stainless steel to prevent rusting, you wouldn't need to run the oil based mixture through it on shutdown.

    • I am a electrican, can tell you that in America the 3 phase electrical system is not avilable in privat homes. To get one the electrical company will send you big bill to having 3 phase electric. Its electrical system is just not made for 3 phase and will be for this reason very expensiv to be installed. 120Volts / 60Hz 2 hot wires and a neutral... this is the standard, a shit system. In Germay each single house has standard 3 phase electrical connection at 220Volt/50Hz or 3Phase 380Volt/50Hz and this is so superior to the American system I cant even tell. All wires are less diameter for the higher voltage, every electrical installation costs much less then in the Americas. This is a big disadvantage to the Americas for any consideration of starting ab bussiness from at home or use desend priced machines for doing a job of any kind involved with electrisity.

    • if the clients demand us do the grinding , we will do . but if the clients do not have this demand , we can not do , because some clients are not end user , they are dealer or agent . if we do the grinding , some clients will think they are not new machine or new die . Thanks for your kind understanding . up to now , for 14 years , no clients have such doubt about this . but thank you very much for your advice .
