One little piece of advice for the cave (if you do end up going in there) is that it's nearly impossible to traverse with fall damage turned on. Another banger video btw :D

if you put a hook on a crafting bench you can craft it into two half hooks. they can't be used to link two things together anymore, so you don't have the chance to lose it
