Came here to say the sam thing. This guy epitomizes a true hockey captain and clearly leads the team with his attitude, being well spoken to the media and leading by example on the ice.
@@udigQuinn is a great captain and was given the position for that reason. If JT was captain worthy he’d have the C. Some hockey people are so unnecessarily honest with their negative opinions. Go canucks.

Miller tossing 100 point seasons and is paid less than $9 million per year.

The only reason he got only 8 million was due to his age. He’ll be in his mid-30s for much of the contract, which is risky as players tend to regress as they get older. But it’s still nice to see him put up 100 points.

@@emperoralvis6559Miller, Demko, Garland, EP, Quinn, Boeser. He's responsible for our entire core as well as future core guys in Hoglander and Podz. Benning made some really dumb moves but he did a lot of good as well and he deserves props .
@@Bp79-or4kpwhich when you think of it, must suck setting up the core of the team and then seeing them play this well now after getting canned. Obviously due to coaching and players added since he left as well as core guys finally stepping it up
Benning drafted Demko, Boeser, Pettersson, Hughes and Hoglander...Traded for Miller and Garland. He just sucked at acquiring the supporting pieces for a team that had a core with all the potential since 2020
