Protests, messages weaved into commencement addresses and the heckling of guest speakers, including comedian Jerry Seinfeld are just some of the ways students in the US showed support for Palestine during graduation ceremonies in the US.

  • Is four years of hard study more important than 35.000 human lives??? 😢😢😢

You lack the basic knowledge to even contribute to this conversation plus you're dumb enough to think a 4 year degree in America's economy would feed a family.

I also hope that the next regime them will invest in infrustructure, education and sewage for the benefit of the gazans, not in weapons and tunnels... if they do so, Israel will not have to return to Gaza and to defend its citizens from attacks... Somehow I cannot see Palestinians not fighting... they are fighting with each others (Hamas and Fatach). They do not need Israel... Sorry for bringing facts in an era where facts do not matter...

    • @@yoramhazan3636 you like facts so much? Here are some facts: Israel outright funded Hamas. Israel displaced over 750,000 Palestinians and stole their land starting in the 1940s. Hamas would not even be formed until over 30 years later. Most of Hamas’ militants are people whose family members were murdered by Israel. The average age of Gaza is 19. Thousands of the victims of Israel are children. Thousands were under the age of 5 alone. Israel murdered its own hostages - IDF shot dead 3, Israel also was shown to have fired on its own citizens on October 7. Have you learned those facts or do you only listen to hasbara?

Where was the parliament?! Or the king's palace?! Maybe what is the name of the coin? 2. Could you give me the name of a "Palestinian" historical figure from 1000 years ago or maybe 500 years ago, or even 200 years? 3. Can you tell me what the word "Palestine" means? 4. As we know in Arabic there is no letter 'P' the correct word is palleshyttina, the Romans called the Land of Israel by this name because the Jews rebelled against the Romans. The Arabs say falestin or flistin, or filistin, and if they speak in English then they say balastine or balistin In conclusion: no one has any answer to all the questions. The truth is that before 1948 the land was called Palestine by the British, when there were both Jews and Arabs. Golda Meir had a Palestinian passport. And there is even a Palestine soccer team from 1939 that is all Jewish. The currency that existed here at the time of the British was the Bank of Palestine Eretz Israel, which was a Jewish bank. And he issued a currency called Palestine lira Eretz Yisrael. Today the bank is called Bank Leumi. National Bank.

  • Verses from The Quran (2:83) And We took the covenant of the Children of Israel: “You shall not serve except God, and do good to your parents, and regard the relatives, and the orphans, and the needy, and say kind things to the people, and hold the Connection, and contribute towards purification.” But then you turned away, except for a few of you; you were objecting. (2:84) And We have taken a covenant with you: “You shall not spill the blood of each other, nor drive each other out from your homes.” And you agreed to this while bearing witness. (2:85) But then, here you are slaying yourselves, and driving out a group of you from their homes; you act towards them with sin and animosity. And if they come to you as prisoners, you demand ransom for them, while it was forbidden for you to drive them out! Do you believe in part of the Book and disbelieve in part? The punishment for those among you who do so is humiliation in this worldly life, and on the Day of Resurrection they will be delivered to the most severe retribution. God is not unaware of what you do.
