  • How often have I had to open a lock on the kitchen table? Never, it's usually on a shed door in the rain, when I think this technique would not be possible...

  • It seems a little dishonest to demo a technique specific to one incredibly cheap Iranian lock and claim it "opens all locks". Honestly it doesn't even seem like worked on this lock and seems to just be (particularly bad) deceptive editing of a closed lock. Filling a lock with red phosphorus and trying to light it doesn't defeat the mechanical metal pins without damaging them and that technique has zero chance of melting or breaking anything either. This video is fraudulent.

    • Dear friend, my advice is that you take a look at this video, the link of which I gave you, to understand that it has nothing to do with whether the lock is Iranian or foreign. kzhead.info/sun/lKiQZ9eEj3d6dn0/bejne.htmlsi=iYywV6Y3JjZlX2vQ

    • @@Lamp-ng Dear friend, the origin and quality of the lock is a criticism of the language used to describe "all locks", my argument towards the technique itself is very different. My main complaint is that it simply doesn't work because you faked the video which is an issue which isn't addressed. Worse, the video you linked is very clearly also faked. The linked video has had a key inserted and partially rotated, and so the metal sticking out used as a pseudo tensioner can obviously be used to finish rotating he core and open the lock. That or simply had its pins removed, but with all due respect part of me wonders if someone making videos like this has the skill to perform lock maintenance. Why you would use two vastly different techniques whilst claiming it to be the same method is only explained by a fraudulent video. Presumably it changed as the latter video is able to be shown in one take making for a marginally more convincing fraud. However that is still all it is, a fraud. As a physicist, an engineer and a lockpicker it is very apparent this technique cannot work in any conceivable reality. I am confident anyone who has taken a lock apart or understands the inner workings of locks would come to the same conclusion. Thank you.
