  • Skin the Cat is so underrated! Straight arm strength, push/pull strength, core strength...it's a great all-rounder if you are low on time.

  • Feels good coming straight out of yoga and already having the German hang. No idea what has given me that strength. Wheel push ups and crow maybe?

  • I would love to hear your thoughts on warming up for this type of exercise program. I often struggle with knowing if I am ready to start a workout.
