Love the video man!!!! At his age I rode and owned almost the same sled in the end of the video, mine was a 90s something Polaris Indi 500 and I had a blast on that thing as a kid, trying to put allllll my weight into the sled to powder turn and stuff lol. Now I'm 26 and just the other day I FINALLY got the opportunity to ride the same khaos 850 you son rode in this same colors and all lol. And I gotta say I NEED ONE, there so fun and versatile now days. And I'll admit, the thing bucked me off a good hand full of times the day I rode it! No injury's thankfully just alot of fun memories that makes me want to own a new sled now, especially being that I'm starting to get older 😂🤣 (youngin joke) lol. Time to save my butt off!!!! Thanks!
That is awesome! Looked like lots of proud dad moments!
All the moments!
Exactly the type of dad I strive to be when the time comes. Awesome video!
Yes! Thank you!
@@turcotte16 I just ride around on a skidoo 440 and a 500 couldn’t imagine them big machines 😂🤣
Brett you got quite the young man there and your beaming more than he is. Grandpa is beaming as well. He is very eager to learn and a bit of a daredevil. Enzyme great job out there buddy. Remember you got one of the Greatest Teachers in the sport. Great Video Guys. 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻

It’s terrifying !
Awsome got your dad out there too ! Always a blast when the whole fam goes out.
Loved having my dad out to watch his grandson ride!!
@Turcotte16 Yah Man looked like a blast life is precious and our time here is limited so always good to make the best out life and really take in those adventures. Best wishes from Adventurer101guide
Keep it up and hell be your best friend for life, I’m 32 and I hang out with my pops more than I do anyone else, we just bought a drift boat together which means ever more time. Don’t be that person that regrets not seeing your family more once they are gone!
🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻
That’s pretty awesome BT! It’s awesome he was going for it. I can’t wait until my daughter is old enough to go with me.
Oh mannn
Awesome work being patient and supportive of your son. I can’t wait to do the same with my daughter. Only way to keep the sport alive is to pass down knowledge to the younger generation
Absolutely!
So rad! Well done little dude
I’m 17, never been on a mountain sled, always wanted too. Good to see young people get the chance. Cant wait to do this with my future kids.
Love itn
So freekin awesome! What a day. Can't wait till my son is older and we can ride together. Unforgettable moment's.
It’s the best!
Always a good day to have three gens riding at the same time. Super jealous dude! Great video!
Thanks!!
Your in it dude! Times you’ll never forget take total advantage of it!
Can’t wait
Dude you were one of my favorites before this vid. Now your cemented at the top! Awesome vid bud. brings back memories! Got a future ripper in one yr ild grandson myself! just ordered a little 200 for next season! Sick video dude
Thanks man!! Appreciate the support on the channel!
I love it dude. I remember the first time I took my sons out too, it's a memory you will never forget. Yesterday I rode "with" my son and his buddies... It was pretty comical, he's like "you can stick to the trail but we'll be up here on the hilside". I guess he forgot that I got him started...lol. He's been riding now for about 7 years.
haha amazing!
One of my favorite vids u made so far! Looks like he had a blast
He’s still stoked
Hell yea man🤟. All my best memories with my dad are from riding. Little does he know, he's in the midst of the best times of his young life!.
I believe they carry these lessons for life
@@turcotte16 They really do brother. Going riding has done wonders for me in some of the toughest times of my life. The relationship I built with my dad is amazing all while riding. The bond me & my dad have now is unbreakable & I see that happening with you n your son as well. Its great to see man 👌🏻
Proud dad day all around! I’m a ways off from it but excited to one day do this as so many of my favourite memories as a kid were sledding with my dad
Heck yeah Matt!
Cant wait to see your little ones shred! I love your riding style! Ive watched every single video for the past 2 seasons! Keep up the good work Muskoka...
I started on a Yamaha 250 bravo than graduated to a 89 Polaris Indy sport 340 as well!! Great sleds dude!
Awesome video!!! That was so cool to watch, way to go Ezzy !!! A+++
Thanks for watching b
Nice to see a 10 year old riding bc im 13 and riding a 850 Skidoo summit and i started when i was like 9 or 8 and back then i wasn’t brave as him i was scared and for his first time he took it like a champ!! and now i just want a turbo haha, but next year i might get a different sled my dad said but not a turbo sadly lol. but i hope he gets better in the future and has fun!!
Haha that’s awesome! Keep it going
So Awesome! Wish My Brother and I were out getting some powder like you guys today But we were stuck at home sick! your video has us stoked now to get out next weekend and try new stuff
Get it!
That is awsome for him to have that opportunity. Awsome stuff!!
The younger generations gonna love sledding!
Man that's gnarly being able to shred with your son and pops. I miss the mountains.. last time I went I took a zr700 up.. worst mistake as it just snowed 2 feet prior to getting there. Man I was sore for a month after that trip lol
Getting out is the best part
Nice! When I was 10 years old, I was riding a Yamaha SXR500, loved that thing.
🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻
So sick dude that is amazing you got to start them early
He's very good 👌👍💜
Little ripper for sure
Start em young ! Loved this vid🤘😎
Gotta!
thats cool how there is cabins up there to warm up or wait out a storm i guess.....I need to get one of these
Please do another one of these videos again this year! #dadlife
It is one of the best rewards of being a father to see your son or daughter take to the sports you love, both my kids started on my old Honda mini trail at 5 years old and running 440 sleds by 10 and grow from that in several motor sports. Now my son is getting ready for his kid to start next year, 3 years old and has mastered a BMX two wheel balance so the mini bike next summer have a blast guys from canada
That is awesome
Two thumbs up for your family
Also this video came up in my recommendations and I was NOT disappointed at all!! You got my sub!! Keep up the great content!! I love it🤘🤘🤘🤘
Thanks for tuning in!!! Childhood memories last forever
That’s awesome bud…. I’ll bet you that young man had a permanent Grin inside that helmet.. That’s so friggin cool
all day long
I have a 7 year old son and this video had me smiling the whole time! We're a SXS family only currently but hoping sleds or snowbikes in the next few years!
That’s awesome!!
What an experience! I was riding an Arctic Jag 440 at that age, lol. Ski Skins helped it float!
Right? It’s crazy how far they’ve come
Papa Turcotte for the win🤟🏽 so sick man! You know he’s excited when he’s up and ready before you are😂
Right??? Keener
This is mint!! I don't go anywhere without my kids lol
Haha
This video had me smiling ear to ear .
me too!
My son is only 7. The wife and I got him a 2000 polaris 340 last year for his birthday . I can wait to get him on a bigger sled.
Congrats to him, I started at 10 to with same sled, good to learn early
That’s sweet!!
He's got a dam nice sled. My 12 yr boy rides a f7 and absolutely loves the power
That’s sweet!
I was/am too broken to teach my kids to ride/ski. But I did get to teach my brother who is 10 years younger than me. At mile three on the trail he was be hind me and I was going slow, but he still managed to launch an XLT to 15 feet up a spruce tree. He was fine, we replaced the parts and he was back on the trail the next day, but I learned a lesson.
Wish I had the money for a snowmobile. I’m 14 and have a very old four wheeler but it runs and drives and I love it. It’s an 86 but I make it work, I hope someday I have a snowmobile
Looks like Heaven! I live in Massachusetts just got 6” and thats all we get. Going to maine
Dang. Tough luck
Thats awesome , I used to ride crowfoot with my dad and his buddies back in the early 90’s i was 4 years old it was a good time , rode with my dad on his yamaha phazer lots of good memories up there
What a great mountain to grow up on
@@turcotte16 it was
Dude that's awesome, congrats on three gens 2½ snowmobiles 😉jk.. the best snowmobile is the one you have. Your boy is cut from the same humble pie as you.
Lol thx
So cool ! I’m scared to take my boys out but after this I think it’s a good idea.
Hahaha get after it!
Mad respect for this kid! Great throttle control for a new rider on a 850. Can’t wait to see what he can do when he can use his body weight to throw the sled around.
Agreed! I think a 650 155 will Be he sled of choice next season
That’s awesome man! Startin out on a 850 soon little ezzy will be going big with ya! Lol
You never know!
It was $1.90 in sicamous when i was there last week... spending $-40-80 a day just on fuel for the sled sucks!
Gross.
Indy lite for life!!! one of the kids we took west last week was rippin a lite still.
Amazing
I am envious, I am unable to do this with my kids despite knowing how (not like you of course) but I have been planning to teach my kids to ski since I was 15, how I would do it and everything. Then because Army (I am a 100% disabled vet) I am just not able. Sucks. Nice to watch you do it though. You are to be envied by me at least.
DUDE! Your boy is an absolute RIPPPER!!!!! 🤘
Haha he does like to Push himself!
@@turcotte16 Learning from one of the best 👌
This is to Cool …. Your little mans going to Send it one of these days and Dad will be Holding his Breath
if he listens well, I won't have to hold my breath hah!
@@turcotte16 you got me as a Subscriber Brother..it’s all in teaching safe fun of course there’s a risk or it would not be fun. Keep up good work
That's awesome, i wish i started sledding at his age!
Starting young is like cheating!!
@@turcotte16 right?! He's gonna be a ripper! 🤟

Kid rips
I hope you know how lucky you are. You brought a lot of skill, but avoided a lot of pitfalls. Milk the crap out of it. To be clear, I mean teaching your kids.
Very lucky.
this made my day :)
Awesomeness 👌👌

Coolest video you've ever done man.
Thanks Ted!
