I will never wonder why some desserts are so expensive. I can not believe the amount of time and energy that went into making this one dessert.   • I will never wonder why some desserts are so expensive. I can not believe the amount of time and energy that went into making this one dessert. Anyone who would question it, should watch this video and understand why. That looks delicious. and it also looks beautiful. This was a great lesson to all of us to have an appreciation for the time and energy that goes into delicacies such as this. Thank You.

    • It's not always the case. These are the good handmade ones and they are a bit more expensive then the factory products.

  • I love that they used cake waste (tops/bottoms) as the base for the cheesecakes. I hate the idea of throwing out perfectly good food and a lot of the large cake factories do it every day.

  • Unbelievable..One wonderful luscious ingredient after the other added together then baked or frozen. One Bain Marie for a custard filling…I’d never make it out of the kitchen let alone in the room with the finished products. I’d waddle out….years later..or have to be rolled out on a cart……
