This mod literally is one of the most memorable pieces of my childhood. So many good memories.
This was one of the first minecraft mods I ever saw, and it's also one of the first mods I ever installed, it definitely has a special place in my heart. The ur-ghast tower is easily my favorite dungeon in modded minecraft, and the moonworm queen might just be my favorite item in modded minecraft

my favorite trophy is the ur ghast trophy, it's pretty cool tho it have animation the design is really really cool and you can wear it on your head but it's still pretty hard to defeat though

Squeaker isn't everyone with a high voice , it's a insult directed towards kids that, besides having a high voice, speak very loudly or scream in voice chat ( ongames, discord, ect) and that usually aren't well spoken (vocabulary wise) and use a lot of a profanity. The person in the video only has one of those aspects, a high voice, but is well spoken, if he wasn't, there woulden't be comments saying that they like the accent or her voice

Honestly out of all the mods in Minecraft back in the day, Twilight Forest is literally one of the best ones in my opinion. Like for real though, it really brings back the memories from where at the time I would watch SkyDoesMinecraft and PopularMMOs who would you mod showcases and Twilight Forest is one of them!! Talk about nostalgia ~

I remember Having a Difficult Time defeating the Ur-Ghast
Out of all the bosses, The Ur-Ghast is the only formidable opponent against OP endgame players especially without an Unobtainium Armor and the ability of flight or staying mid-air like the Multi-Jump X from Cyclic or a jetpack from Mekanism.

it's nice seeing Twilight Forest still getting some love, but i really wish they'd have focused on finishing the mod before porting everything to the latest version every time.
Then the mod would have died like Witchery and Thaumcraft. Or like Botania almost did. It's a _really_ stupid thing for a mod to do because the code has to be partially rewritten and changed from version to version. If a mod stays in a version to finish... don't expect to see it ported to newer versions vecause if they wait like... 2 updates, they'll likely have to redo all the coding from scratch, which is unbelievably demotivating and likely to cause the devs to quit. Tl:dr You might as well wish for the mod to die.

These minecraft mods are epic. I remember building the super giant mushrooms with the Mushroom Blocks and hollowing out the caps to make bases in them. The spots would be colored glass to act as windows and I'd even provide a roof hatch and ladder. Pretty fun. : )

I have played this mod since before ur-ghast, when the towerwood citadels were there but empty, and carminite golems were iron golems with WIP plastered on their chests... in my eyes, twilight forest will always be the true successor to the aether by the feelings it elicits alone
