He only kills mnsters for EXP in his timeline, trying to get lvl 20, just to make it harder for "The Human". Anomalies, such as new humans or visitors from other AU/AT - he would look over them from the distance, making sure that they are not a threat or freak. Pretty much ignores you, if you think about it. The "Dust" that you have mentioned - would be more like DustDust or fanon Dust

A few things to note: Fell sans isnt just sans but angry, he’s more like an unlucky guy who just fell to life circumstance🔥 there was a point where he panicked all of the sudden and got really powerful outta nowhere (he uses it in joking ways tho). Swap sans is a lot stronger than people give him credit for, it’s essentially just the personality and attack patterns of classic sans, but with the energy of papyrus, he could floor you if he wanted to.

Alright list of inaccurates there: Lb even in first phase stronger than canon sans so he will do it alot faster, than canon sans. nightmare is literally hundred times stronger than canon sans due being immortal blob who will impale you with spikes in seconds. Bill is god verse, and he's not have to make a deal, he's able to create scythe what can heavily damage 404 (in 404's first form) and other his abilities can easily make him kill you in less than second... Seraphim will do it under one minute, even faster... Do I need explain why? Same with ultra. Reaper just teleports behind you and slices your soul away. Cross easily can make it under one minute, and mafia sans too, because of *guns.* Everything else +- accurate, tho, 0.01 and 0.1 seconds is too much for error and fatal, they're powerful but not *that* much, error would do it in best way in 1-2 seconds and fatal in about same time I guess, but for godverse character, such 404 such time (0.01 seconds) is kinda accurate... Well, it's a kinda complex thing but a good start would be watching Underverse, which is a animated serie that you can watch here on YT. If you need more context of the characters by themselfs you should go to watch their wikis or the blogs (most of them, in tumblr) of the creators. Hope it helps!
