Totally agree on your read on the JarJar cadence. I had had the same thoughts that CG would make more money on it being monthly - IF WE ARE TOLD - its monthly
Just a shame that they want to roll it quarterly. I feel like it's going to sour the new raid for a lot of people
JarJar event cadence is a mistake, with the new raid coming and wanting to build hype up, they should have had the event back more regularly. Or released an additional Gungan, so we could at least run a full team without JarJar.
It's an odd choice from them. We have to speak as a community on this to make any sort of change
@@ScrybeGaming It's making me rethink my farming, 100% won't have the gungans ready for the first JarJar event, could have rushed to get them ready about a month after. If he's not back for 3 months, I'll cut back the crystal spend on them.

@@ScrybeGaming Where did you gather the intel from? AhnaldT101 was a bit on the undecided side. Was there some more substantial information that lead you to the (almost never) quarterly cadence? Anyhow I agree a monthly cadence would be best advised for the player base and raid acceptance.

Man $50 for Negotiator is INSANE. My buddy started playing a couple months before the lightspeed bundles started. As a former whale, what he's been able to buy just with these bundles is crazy.
It is insane value.
One reason, besides Leia, that I'll buy the Ewok bundle is to help my guild in RotE platoons.

On JJB: yeah great. Bring a legendary character, put him in a "once in a quarter" event and make a not (yet) farmable faction on r5 the requirement for initially unlocking him.

Weirdly I'd be more invested in getting jar jar if his event was more regular. I haven't invested in jedi cal, cause I never know when I'll be able to get it and don't want to get characters to the right stars, gear and mods and then have them sitting there and waiting rather than working on something that I can use immediately.

Also my Nightsisters are R6 Daka, R3 Merrin, R5 Ventress, G12 Zombie, Talzin and Talia. Do you think this bundle is good value for me? I use them every Gac and they are required at R7 for a SM in RotE

I am worried about the F2P aspect of the Jar Jar event because the farming of all 4 characters will not be available for another 6 weeks. So to get them to R5 even by August will be a very difficult task. My first 2 farms of Boss Nass gave me a wonderful 0 for 10 sims. Very expensive loss. I do think a compensation reward should be given. Raid Shadow Legends and MSF give out a compensation reward on their “screw ups” and they even give a nice reward package on each update. CG needs to adopt these nice community concepts.
Boss Nass is farmable now - we're just waiting on the remaining three. Yes, it'll likely take about 6 weeks for the rest. They will need to be AT least double refreshed each to be within the time frame, I'd say.
For Geos, there is also that really obscure Conquest data disks that works for the summoned Brute... just sayin'.

As someone who won't unlock Reva for another 15 months, I have no problems with CG not including a new character on a Phase 4 planet. Especially since my guild currently has 2 Bo Mandalors.
I'm just wondering what their angle is with R9 Mandalorian requirements...nobody in their right mind is doing that JUST for TP.
I mean, CG gonna CG. They always have a different view on the game from us mortals.

@ScrybeGaming It should have been 3 Clone War Chewie shards (should be 5 now with inflation) plus 1k crystals given immediately when the TB canceled. Then, take the time for compensation as it's complex. But where's Ewok Scout? Scouted too far away or something more sinister? Makes the pack really overvalued.

There's two ways I'd be ok with the JarJar cadence being approx every three months. Not happy about it but I could understand since it'd be more or less the same as Cal/Grand Inquisitor: 1.) The Naboo raid is like the Endor raid and only allows teams of 3 and is built around teams of 3. I don't expect this to happen since then you'd have two gungans out in the cold but it means JarJar wouldn't be needed to complete the team 2.) Specifically for the Raid, Boss Nass still summons a shield generator if only one character isn't a Gungan. The Gungans need the Shield generator to be useful. While obviously JarJar improves the team greatly and a team with him on it would be better off, it at least won't mean you have to go in with only a team of 4 to do anything. I could maybe see this happening but I think it'd be more likely that they make the Raid Omnicron for the Boomadier have this tag included into it if for no other reason than to force people to get that Omnicron :/. That being the case, if we were given the choice of having either of these options be present for the raid or just have JarJar farmable whenever we wished, I'd want him to just be farmable XD
Characters like Bo should be on 3 month Cadence, Raid Characters permanent or monthly

Gas lsb is huge. 7 star nego plus jka ship is such a grind. Also if you think in terms of get2 that you would like to spend for 7 star nego...that is 1350 kyro...plus 12 toons so 2500 kyro.. 70k crystals. Not including anything else like ships which you wont farm so more zetas, and gear and relic stuff. 50 usd is very cheap for this bundle for new players with lvl85.
The Nego shards are ENORMOUS value. It's all relative, of course. There's probably many players out there with like half or two thirds of the pack already reliced/prepped so the value diminishes. That said, it's still good value for a LOT of people
Im sure cg have done their optics and know that characters coming back every quarter generates the most money. I dont blame them at all (i havent been able to complete a raid yet, it would be a shame to start now lol)
They definitely have the optics and MI that we don't. What we don't know is what changes they make to test the waters and adjust to see what becomes the best line of business for them. We have evidence of this with the Bo-Katan release coming differently.
In a decent guild it take about 8 months to unlock negotiator the issue with nightsisters is they don't lead anywhere currently
The biggest benefit of the NS is the assault battle. They're not "required" for any legendary character, and have a mission in ROTE, but that's about it. Merrin *is* required for JKCK, but only at G12 and she's just ONE NS.
I could care less about missing Binx, I am not chasing any character that is mainly for raids. I will get him when i get him

It's so idiotic that they would keep brining bo back but the raid character for the raid team gets released every quarter whats perplexing is they created a marque system which really runs counter to this move

The only reason anyone is even questioning any of these values is because of the earlier LS bundles. They're all insanely good value compared to anything else in the game. I'm super stoked about the sisters for assault battles alone. But i was hoping to drop ten bucks and be a relic palpy away from SLKR. Are the old bundles coming back?
The territory points were above as well as the platoon values. It can be preloaded and obtained by normal means. But no one should be r9 Bo for some dumb mission without some nice reward is dumb

Nightsister pack is huge since they have an assault battle, but i assume for tier 3 you have to have merrin. But i have jedi cal so she is sitting g12 already, so huge for me also because my nightsisters are worse than yours XD

The NS pack is to tempting. I faction I (lore-wise) love but never really invested past G11 because I can't find the space to work on them between all other projetcs.

I wish CG learned from JKCK. I thought they did when Bo started having events so frequently. Jar Jar having a 3 month cadence at minimum as the featured character for the new raid is ridiculously toxic to the average player.

The LSBs offer good value depending on where you are in the game. The small bundles (Geos, NS, Ewoks) are pretty decent if you really want that faction and at least 2 of the characters are below G13. So the NS bundle is a really good bargain for Scrybe, no doubt about that. For some reason Ewok Scout seems to be not included (I get that Kneesaa is too new, but why omit that poor little fella). I had hoped for a Bad Batch LSB since it’s the last season of the show, but maybe they are still too new (and useful). Guess I’ll have to wait for the LV LSB. Jar Jar should be available at least once a month, the featured raid is vital as the only source of MK III RT.
100% agree about Ewok Scout, doomed to be left by everyone at lvl 1, gear 1 now. Even the 4 trash Nightsisters got relic 3.

Jar Jar should have been permanent journey guide due to the raid or at least monthly, three months wait between events is ridiculous considering the limited shelf life of the raid.
I love how for padme there are 3 ls packs for her Gas Her own And Geos just amazing stuff About the jar jar how long we should wait i have two options that would be fine in my eyes 1. Every month 2. It could be 3 months but once and then perma unlock option

JAR Jar should/must be unlocable from start. Im trying to convince my self and my guild to invest in Jar Jar. Only way to make it worth it is IF u can use JJ for the whole period of the raid.
I am not a fan of this recent trend of legendaries releasing before all of his requirements are farmable.

Padme pack is the best for me, not got a single one of those at even gear 12, so great for my account! Totally agree with you about the Ewok one...6 months too late and why not include Ewok scout lol...did CG forget that character even exists lol.

So if I got geo brood alpha g12 with 1x zeta on it.. will buying the geo bundle "overwrite" my g12 gba and replace it with a relic 3 with NO zeta?
No, they work by comparing each aspect of your character and the LSB character and giving you the better one. It sees you have a level 8 ability zeta and the LSB is only level 7, so for that specific ability you keep your current level

Most of the bundles really depend on where you are and what you need. That 3PO bundle is WAY more than you need to get 3PO. The NS bundle is tempting. My NS , like yours are not good. $15 is worth it for me.
Yeah, the Ewoks are kind of overkill...and the current raid they're in is about to get removed from viability.

I can only go based on what we know so far - CG's word that Gungans are the "Featured Faction" for the raid. Historically they have been the best performers i.e. Jabba & Leia. He's the lynchpin of the Gungan faction and the only way to field a full Gungan team. I'd say it's a safe bet he's pivotal to the raid.

Indeed, as i bought the previous ls bundles i now have a major zeta crunch, buying more ls bundles will bury me even deeper so i won’t be doing it. They should indeed give them with the zetas also…

Are these lsb's the death of ftp...i just hit level 85, so very early player, and not looking forward to seeing those lsbs in gac, but it ia what it is, cant complain, its a fun game.

This round of lsb isn't for me. Most of these farms are finished or mostly finished. I would appreciate it more if they would bring more affordable zetas into the store or made them better farmable. I'm lacking of 20 zetas and i don't know if i will be able to close this bottleneck anytime soon. With the current zeta economy I'm destined to leave chars without their needed zetas.
Zetas are still CRAZY expensive! Hopefully we get something more affordable in future.
Well that's one way to demotivate any f2p user. What's the point in grinding anymore when everybody else can just buy the things you worked for for years potentially. I love this game but man it already made me hate GAC so much I refuse to participate nowadays :(

It's not about the raid, it's about the rewards the raid brings. Nothing in the game comes close to raid rewards apart from fleet payout.
Not waling for this one. I would have loved getting jar jar, but I am not spending that much for another shite raid. Probably the raid will be similar to the b1 slaughter that they tested in conquest....
I think the jar jar cadence is a huge mistake by CG. I also don't like how the legendary characters are now not permanently in the journey guide. This used to happen and now we have to wait. It's really not player friendly. I'm 100% for the krakens having an advantage but when he's tied to the new raid many guilds will he falling behind and have their raid rewards cut simply because they didnt pay to play. Huge kick to 95% of their player base. For all the steps CG makes forward they constantly are out of touch with the players who support this game. Extremely disappointed in CG. I'm all for them making money but it's these shady tactics on how they make their money that is shameful

It's a tricky situation, really. Raid rewards are the most important in the game right now alongside fleet payout. Losing out on all that mk3 raid currency slows down EVERYTHING.
@ScrybeGaming but thats just 1 team tho, look at tuskens and jawas, they barely did anything and tuskens were good sure but it required heavy relic investments
