I knew nothing about rc's when I first started watching Kevin's videos, now that's all I want to do. Exactly what he's doing. Always having a good time with friends, fixing, upgrading and bashing. I bought an Xmaxx two years ago, it is fantastic fun with a crazy but controlled drive. The dogs bollocks. Great content as ever.

You're wrenching footage never fails to impress me. It's not easy to record and edit things like that while keeping it entertaining and informative.
I wish I had the collection he does. Remember years ago when I worked at a hobby shop and everything was nitro. Seems like industry is going all electric. I miss the nitro stuff at times. Just picked up a DBXL gasser, and next on my list is a new xmaxx. Glad I ran across this video. Few things I need to order from the get go. What I really want is the Primal RC truck. Was awesome to see that one on here.
Bought mine a year ago. And that’s exactly how mine is. Don’t have time for any of my RC’s with life and such. But I love my trucks. Love your channes KEV!!! Watch them as soon as the notification pops up. Been in the hobby for 20 years. Just don’t get to play like used to. But I don’t think I’ll ever stop having them around. I just bought this truck at a pawn shop for $600. It was a pavement princess and wasn't even broke in. I've dreamed of this car for years, I still can't believe I have one now.
No matter what the next xmaxx they always maintain durability and strength performance without compromising structural integrity or overall quality i just wish prices in the market weren't so high but this machine is worth the $$ i say machine because these are beasts and so much more than a toy thanks Kevin keep going!!!!!!

“Can’t afford” is something you can control. Get a job or two, or three if you have to, and work hard. Most of our problems in life are something we can control by making smart choices. Trouble is most people now are too lazy and choose to sit on their ass and complain that they have nothing instead of going and doing something about it. I’m not saying you’re that way, I don’t know you. But I’m saying don’t follow in the footsteps of people that complain they have nothing. Instead follow the footsteps of those that realize their life is in their control and nobody else is going to look out for them so they take charge and do what they have to do, to get what they want. Best of luck to you, work hard and make clean money and have lots of fun.

I used to have rc cars, had one of the first nitros that came out that would do over 70 mph, which back then was insane, but I didn't have sponsors or KZhead to help pay for all them pieces and parts back then were expensive. They wanted so much for little plastic pieces that broke every single time you took it out and messed around with it. If they hadn't gotten so greedy I'd still be into them till this day, but I refuse to pay $17 for a piece of plastic that's gonna break 5 seconds into it. They have figured how to make certain parts just strong enough that you will break them and have to keep buying replacements to continue ur already much invested fun. You get even one sucker, I mean customer that owns a sizable collection. That's alot of parts sold that cost them almost nothing... no thanks will find a different hobby that's not gonna bleed me dry. But they are fun and u are fun to watch so 👍 to u.
My 9 year old actually started to cry watching this vid... Because it`s too expensive in our country to have such toys and he likes RC so much .... he was like ... "Dad why are they doing this to the XMAXX".....

I was just thinking, isn't this like spitting on the people that can't afford a decent RC car?! I mean, there isn't even some crazy excuse to annihilate the cars, it's just gratuit destruction for the sake of views. Yeah, I feel like some line was crossed. This isn't fun, it's just sad.

Agree with this. I get that kev has money to do this and I don't know if max is from a wealthy family but he comes up with really annoying ideas to just wreck cars. They even lined the car up and you could see it wouldnt fit through the gap but apparently max thinks it will make it. It's a bit like the guys that buy new games consoles on launch day then smash them up in front of the people that have stood queueing for ages but can't get one cos they have sold out.

AGFRC makes really good servos. I run one in my Fireteam and it hasn't failed yet despite me running a really stiff servo saver to increase high speed steering.

I remember thinking $550 was a lot for my Revo 3.3, 12 or 13 years ago. A grand, before upgrades, and "good" batteries. The hobby just stopped being fun when it started costing as much as real car to play.

This channel has turned into one of those channels that just breaks stuff like those that buy new iPhones just to bend them.
No, you don’t have to drill out the arms for the RPM hinge pins. The threads stick out the little hole and you put the nut on. Because of this I was drilling them out then just put a pin in forgetting to drill and put the nut on “oh, that was easy”
