I found a towing company that will remove illegally parked cars, even in the street, without a parking ticket. Not having to wait for the police saves a lot of time
Nearly all of the bus stops in my town don't even have a bench much less a "smart" bench. Of the benches we do have, very few have a canopy. A bench without "cover from the weather" is very common even in places where it snows. I live in Montana and I can count on my two hands how many benches have canopies. Hell, you'll be lucky if you have a bench at all with the bus stop so...I'm not sure why someone's so mad about it "not having anything for the weather". A lot just don't. That's just life.

I had the exact same problem. I also have an Elantra . I just sat on my bonnet and put my feet on their's waiting for them/ "yes I can't get in my car because you parked too close."
Had this happen right before Christmas in a very full parking lot at a mall; the driver of a truck parked very close to my passenger side door, but it wasn't their fault that my driver's side door wouldn't unlock from the outside. However, a lady with a car full of teenagers drove up and asked if I was leaving, as they couldn't find another parking space. I told her what had happened, so she sent over a skinny teenager to slide into my car and unlock the driver's side door. I then let her have my parking space.
Only in America, thank goodness!
