What are your thoughts on Alaska Airlines?
I am fearful of all the trouble they have been having over the last couple of years.
Thank you for reviewing this airline, bc im taking it from sea tac to salt lake city in april
Alaska Airlines, not “Alaskan Airlines”.
Thanks for pointing that out. I always slip up with it. 😅
Thx you for bring this to his attention. Alaskan 😂😂
Nice Dom 👌
Thanks 🔥 Glad you enjoyed it Sarah!
Flown the 737 MAX from Spokane to Seattle a lot on my way back to Scotland for about a year, then when I do other trips to the PNW as well over the last year or so: really nice cabin and service. Love Alaska Airlines.
Great stuff as always!
Thanks again Tim! Glad you enjoyed it.
I love Alaska airlines i always love them
They are a very good airline from my experience.
LOVE Alaska Airlines.
They are such a great airline from my experience.
Is it considered a domestic flight? Great video 👍🏻
Thank you, glad you enjoyed it. To answer your question it is considered a domestic flight. 😁 are you considering flying this route?
Yes, I chose Alaska Airlines @@WorldWide_Dom
yes it’s domestic, hawaii is US soil, from someone at hawaii 🤙🏽
I just wanted to let you know that playing you're flying on is a 9 ER
Good report!
Thank you I'm glad you enjoyed it. More coming soon.
Very welcome!@@WorldWide_Dom
Great video as usual Dom. Hope you're having (or have had) a great time in Hawaii. I used to long to go there when I was a child as I loved the TV series "Hawaii Five 0." There are just too many places to visit so if Hawaii features it will need to be en route to somewhere or a stop off on the way home. Keep 'em coming!
Glad you enjoyed it! Been a great time in Hawaii and America overall, absolutely fantastic country with fantastic people! Love a bit of Hawaii Five 0, There are many more video coming up don't worry. 😁
We're enjoy your flight reviews in the States although we hardly ever travel there even though they are our neighbours. We tend to head across the Atlantic rather than across the border. Any videos coming up of you exploring some of your destinations in the US?
Glad your liking them. Sadly not these were all filmed over 4 days and very much was a flying visit. I do hope to get back to the states (& Canada/Mexico) very soon!
Rude couldn't care less staff at the end are a disgrace, hope management see this and remind them that customers make paydays possible. A lot of USAF hardware 💪visible on landing, probably 5 times as many aircraft than the entire depleted Royal Air Force. Good video thanks 👍
The U2 was my highlight! Glad you enjoyed the video!
Hope you realize that Hickham AFB is next to Honoluku Int'l and they use the same runways. Next to Hickham is Pearl Harbor.
@@keithfreitas2983 Gave Pearl Harbor a visit on this trip. it was a fantastic experience & a place I've wanted to visit for years.
That's not the 737 max 9 it looks like a 900-ER
Looks like they justly deserve their positive reputation, I mean what other airline gives their passengers the “Royal” treatment 😂. I must admit that flight attendant really did look remarkably like Prince Harry 😮😊. Another great video Dom, thank you.
Thank you it really was a great flight.
I’ve only flown with them between Seattle and Tri Cities WA on their bombardier q400s. Very basic but is all you need for a short 40 minute journey. There was no oxygen mask demonstration so I’m guessing the plane was flying low enough that it wasn’t needed
I do love a Dash-8! You are correct when the flight plan doesn't take an aircraft so high oxygen demo isn't usually included.
Nice Video! Thats a 737-900ER though not a Max 9 🙂
Thank you, I only noticed that myself too late, this was filmed a while ago so I forgot 😅
They need to make a LATAM-style rebranding
That would actually be a very smart move!
I fly 'em and I love 'em.
Glad to hear! my experience was very good.
wonderful video, but the plane is a 737-900er, not a max 9
Yes😂😂😂
Now Hawaiian airlines isn't exactly the best anymore but im not sure Alaska Airline's acquisition is going to improve it too much
The company isn’t called “Alaskan Airlines.”
After Prince Harry's book, that must be his day job😂. Super flight and super vlog❤.
Thanks it really was, the staff here were just amazing!
Correction:! What you called Business Class on Alaska Airlines is their FIRST Class.
👌 👑 😊
Glad you liked it David. 😁
That aircraft is not a MAX FYI
That's not a 737 MAX bro
why don't you have 100k plus subs
Thank you I'm glad you think that. Generally I think my videos still need a lot of improvement before the channel can get to that stage. I'm Definitely working on it though. 😁
Alaska is a good airline here in the US.
I certainly can agree, they did seem very friendly and professional and would fly with them again.
It’s Alaska Airlines NOT Alaskan Airlines
Thanks for pointing that out, kept slipping up on that one. Hope you enjoy it besides. 😁
Looks like the cabin crew were rather too busy yapping about interests rates to say cheerio to the passengers as you guys left. Bit rude. They are royalty though, I suppose!
I was tempted to mention about the economics class going on but decided against it 🤣
It's been reported that Alaska Airlines has just purchased Hawaiian Airlines
I just saw that myself! Will be very interesting to see if it goes through and if they bring Hawaiian 🌺 into the one world Alliance.
I find it crazy that you can fly alaska airlines without even being in Alaska! 😂😂
Same here, that why when i saw this route I had to take it!
That, plus you can fly them to Mexico.
@@jh.4770 😱
Then I suppose it's also "crazy", when you're on a Southwest flight and you're not even in the Southwest?
And yet we get Amazon packages without being in the Rain Forrest. 😏
That's not a max it's a NG
Yes a slip up on my part. Too many 737 variants! 🤣
I know there are so many 😱😂
@@EuaPuff They are a rapidly growing airline! I'm super excited to see where they expand to next.
@@WorldWide_Dom me too! 👀
Say it with me now…. ALASKA! ALASKA! There is no N….
alaskA...N, oops. 🤣 lol i know i slipped up in this video. Hope you enjoyed it otherwise 😁
Now they're buying Hawaiian airlines
I just saw that myself. Super excited to see if that’s going to mean Hawaiian 🌺 joining the Oneworld alliance.
@@WorldWide_Dom I am from Alaska and appreciate the positive video about my home state airline!(I know they're based in Seattle)
Would very much love to go to Alaska! Such a beautiful part of the world! I believe the Seattle base was only for connections due to range limitations of aircraft. It’s will be interesting to see once all the new MAX aircraft are added to the fleet if that will change, I see that Alaska Airlines are starting from anchorage to NY-JFK with the MAX.
Alaska is my favorite US domestic airline, if only because it's the least-worst domestic airline. I do think their service has dropped from when I flew them in the '70s and '80s in Alaska, but you can say that about all US airlines.
Your 100% the age of service and satisfaction has been overtaken by the age of cost cutting & competition.
It's not "Alaskan..." It's proper name is "Alaska Airlines..."
