*I’m Michael and I love creating music. I play, compose and record mostly calm and peaceful tunes and started sharing these here on KZhead in 2011.
Music can be much more than just pure entertainment. It can be a meaningful soundtrack that accompanies us through a moment, through a day, a phase, or through life.
Many use my recordings and piano music sessions as background music while reading, doing mind work, to achieve better focus, while studying, while being creative, while coding or designing a product, a service or the world of tomorrow. From your comments I know that my music also works as relaxing music, spa or yoga music, or to set a calm tone at cafes, bars, lounges, in hotels and restaurants, mostly at a low volume.
This project is not as much about a genre as it is about a feeling. A way of life. With my tunes, I try to take a little heat and speed from our generally quite busy lives. A soundtrack for you, when you feel the need for a calm and peaceful, light and positive tune, the relaxdaily way.

I genuinely feel that your music has been a contributing factor in pulling me back from the brink of suicide. Over the past several years it has become a regular part of my life. I listen to this at work when I am counting money and preparing a deposit; I listen to your music when I walk home or to work; I listen to your music when I am having trouble sleeping and I often play it as cleaning music or as background music when I have guests. The atmosphere created is a comfort to me, the visuals are soothing or in some cases comforting, depending on if you are visible in the video. There are so many options you have uploaded and all of them get used for different occasions. There is not a single one I don't play at least twice a week, normally.

Tears. Peace for children. I'm picturing the children of Gaza, those wo went to the sky, and the left, I'm imagining them waking up and seing the bombings stopped. Poor children, all over the world, poor mothers, fathers, poor sisters brothers, cousins, aunts and uncles. Poor innocent poeple paying for the craziness and those heartless poeple that want them dead. One day they will face them and they will have to explain, and they could'nt. As for the children, they will be in peace forever.

I"ll second this. When he started the new part at 1:07:20ish, it got me writing, too. I really like that part. It's a little less light-and-fluffy than his other stuff--a little more intense--and it helped me find the right mood for the scene I was working on. Perfect! (The light-and-fluffy is wonderful too, as that is calming to an anxious, overtaxed brain like mine... but the moment of intensity was golden.) I can't wait to play my feelings like you do. I want to feel, I want my piano to be able to speak the way you do, when I touch my piano I will it ti be part of whom I am. When I play my piano next time I will be thinking of you. How it made me feel, write down what it does for me. I diebinside when I am not touching the keys, they help me soothe what used to be misery. You clear my thoughts that clouded over what used to be my demons. I believe negative emotions are sometimes important to guide us, but allowing them to be there constantly might be a huge energy leak. Don’t you think so, too? Maybe try middlefingering those (they can go for a walk outside or go for a swim or whatever…) so your mind can focus 100% of your energy on the task at hand. Promises a better outcome.
