  • Mr Ham, I was raised in SB church and now 71 years later I will not waste my time with Hogwash Leadership. I served in the military and the discipline there were clear and precise instructions and boundaries, but seeing the church today lacks neither, so why would I go to witness leaders preaching Johnny Milk Toast sermons pandering to progressive/ secular ideas all to build membership numbers. My daughter helped and worked for free when Andy Stanley was starting his church in Georgia and she discerned early on he was a fraud and certainly not his father. I won’t listen to anyone who doesn’t believe The Holy Bible is the inerrant word from God. Really enjoyed hearing a man not ashamed preaching the Gospel. American preacher’s need to have your courage! Thank you for Truth that sets men free of Sin!

    • We also got tired of so much nonsense in the Churches here in Accra-Ghana, so we meet in homes now-one day is devoted to prayer for two hours, and another day is devoted to study the bible for two hours-together !! It's the new testament way actually. I also know brethren in Nigeria who are doing the same thing online. This way, we are enabled to live in support-in accountability-to one another. And we are always watchful and ready to resolve any doctrinal disparities, as they arise-all seeking the Truth that's in Jesus, our precious Lord and Saviour. We are experiencing Oneness with Christ and with one another. We really thank the Lord for His great mercies !!

  • One thing that sucks is the lack of discipleship. Back in the early Christian days they would pair a babe in Christ with and elder and he would teach him/her the way to live the Christian life, im tired of just going to sermons, i want to actually be a part of the body. I even had multiple issues with my old churches theolodgy and i texted the pastor twice on seperate occasions and he didnt respond either time to my request for a meeting. Im at a new church though where the pastor takes much time to disciple me , even checking in randomly if i miss a bible study or a service. The thing thats lacking is a relationship, guidence and love in some churches, i try to live everyday for Christ with him on the forefront of my mind, but just going to church to hear a sermon greet people then leave, is not healthy.

    • We want to be a part if HIS BODY over which He is Head? Did God raise the Head only? Or did He raise His Body as well? Paul says that if the Dead (Body) didn't rise then Yeshua (Head) didn't rise either. From this well-hidden resurrection of Jesus from out of the (also resurrected) dead (Luke 2:34) we can see that the Body (Church) is now in Heaven preparing to return to earth. Earthly believers are grafted into the Church of the Firstborn in Heaven (Heb 12:23) When did He raise the Body? At the same time as Christ Rose on the Third Day. Matthew 27:51-53 They are the Firstfruits. Earthly Individual believers (assemblies) are a Kind of Firstfruits. Pastors who draw believers to themselves are not sent by God. God the Father commands us to Hear His Son, not wolves in sheep's clothing. [1Co 15:12-24 KJV] 12 Now if Christ be preached that he rose from the dead, how say some among you that there is no resurrection of the dead? 13 But if there be no resurrection of the dead, then is Christ not risen: 14 And if Christ be not risen, then [is] our preaching vain, and your faith [is] also vain. 15 Yea, and we are found false witnesses of God; because we have testified of God that he raised up Christ: whom he raised not up, if so be that the dead rise not. 16 For if the dead rise not, then is not Christ raised: 17 And if Christ be not raised, your faith [is] vain; ye are yet in your sins. 18 Then they also which are fallen asleep in Christ are perished. 19 If in this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all men most miserable. 20 But now is Christ risen from the dead, [and] become the firstfruits of them that slept. 21 For since by man [came] death, by man [came] also the resurrection of the dead. 22 For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive. 23 But every man in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ's at his coming. 24 Then [cometh] the end, when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule and all authority and power.

If you want to know the difference between what young people saw then and what they see now watch a sermon from B.G senior and then watch his son talk now. American Christianity is no longer a spiritual identity, it is a political identity. Then Christians weren't wrathful and paranoid against those who saw the word differently, and spoke of Jesus' words, not wrath against those who were different. If this is how they became during the Roman empire I can see the perspective of the Romans after all.

    • @redhead8777 You are obviously sincere, though misled. Misled because the Christian theology you are drawing from is contradictory to Scripture, to Wisdom. What will save you is WITHIN you. Christ is the Wisdom of God, WITHIN you. Hear the voice of Wisdom, the guidance of Christ, the teaching of the Spirit, WITHIN you. I left religion in 1980, at 20. Never looked back. This was followed by a lull of 15 years. Around 1989, I thoroughly enjoyed Joseph Campbell's "Power of the Myth." Around 1990-91, I listened with interest to John Bradshaw's inner child videos. Around that same time, I read a very interesting pamphlet on homosexuals from a neighborhood church. It spoke of the positive role of homosexuals in ancient societies. I did not need to be convinced of that, for I left the Church because of its bigotry and intolerance. Then, on October 9, 1994, I received a call from my father, which drew me into a very pensive, meditative, reflective space, for hours, in silence, writing as thoughts came to me. That was my Awakening, the point at which I had, for the first time, consciously accessed the Wisdom of God WITHIN me. Once you attain this ability, it is always with you. All Scripture points to you being responsible for YOU. Observe and learn directly from your own life. All Scripture points to the Wisdom of God being WITHIN you. Religions are cults, lies. They point the seeker outward. All Scripture points the seeker INWARD, WITHIN. Christianity says you're hopelessly sinful. That's one of its many lies. Paul was speaking hyperbolically. Paul actually recognizes that you have the capacity to TRANSFORM YOUR MIND. Also, God looked at His creation and saw that it was GOOD. Solomon in Ecclesiastes says that man was born UPRIGHT. Read the Bible alone, in meditation, reflecting, without the filter of Christian theology. The underlying message will undoubtedly surprise you. "Love your neighbor as yourself, for this fulfills the law." JESUS, JAMES, PAUL

In a religion with God's government, there is ALWAYS accountability at the top because the leader has to answer directly to God when they go astray or fail to do what God required of them. Protestants lack good leadership because they don't want anyone to rule over them, especially God.

The religion of Progressivism is demanding to control us, using Shibboleth manipulated words (especially those ending in - phobia) to stop people questioning, stop people thinking, outside the Left's religious dogma. I was confused at first why I was told to help her the next day, so I prayed and read the Bible and asked "what should I say?" God told me to read the Bible and that that demond would not hurt me. I was feeling very strong and mad at the Devil when I met her before breakfast. She told me what the demond said about me and that it would kill me. I laughed and said, "i don't care if it kills me because I will be with my favorite person - JESUS!!" LOL I thought, wjat a dumb demond, that's all it has? So I started reading the same that Ken read- the beginning, it made the demond mad! I didn't care, I told her to tell it to go away in Jesus name, because she was a young Christian and if she invited it she could tell it to go. So she did and it left her alone. I told her- you are God's not Satan's now. Don't talk to demonds now talk to God and Jesus, God loves you and will forgive you for being mean to others, just ask. She was so releaved and kept telling me the Demond was gone and was smiling a lot!

  • The current church fails to offer what God was giving us - which is grace. It failed to tell us or model for us that God does not love us because we are good but God helps us to be good because He loves us. Lewis compared grace to the sun over a greenhouse. Just as the roof of a greenhouse does not attract the sun because it is bright, it becomes bright because the sun shines on it. A recurrent and yet unspoken theme here is the rigor and rigidity demanded to sustain love that most people crave and that very few find. We see repeatedly in these rituals how harsh demands leave folks vulnerable to conditional love that requires religious demands of imperfect humans. What about God’s Grace? What about our amazing gift of God as love at creation? What about the tangible reality of agape love deep within us all. What if we rest in the divine gift of a God who does not love us because we are good but God helps us to be good because He loves us. This has less to do with religion and more to do with relationship of a God who IS LOVE! That is the message that should permeate church if we want folks to come back.

  • You sir are a prophet for our time! This talk is one of the best I have ever heard on our plight. I hope I can bring a group of young people to your museums. Thank you & thank God for you! His Word is truth!

    • Why? He made up almost everything. Nothing he says is in the Bible anywhere.

    • I hope you will come to your senses and NOT bring young people to be indoctrinated by the EVILS of both Ken Ham and Christianity.

  • The last church I went to taught Jesus turned water into grape juice. I was using a Christian food pantry. During the pandemic I was refused entry because I couldn’t wear a mask. What a metaphor for the shepherds not feeding the flocks!. They chose to follow the mandates of men, but on Sunday they will preach about following the laws of God. The church and the government are holding hands skipping down the road singing. The church is the people not a building

  • What caused me to leave the church is the nasty and hypocritical behavior of some people towards me.

    • This is definitely a problem... Pride and hypocrisy. And yet none of us are perfect. We're all hypocrites. People will always let me down. I'm sorry this happened to you. Praying you can find Jesus in your heart. He's knocking. And he is perfect.

  • The problem with the Church is it seems that no one is studying the Bible on a daily basis. In this study you will find the instruction that worship is to be done in PRIVATE houses!!!!
