Important points to remember: the American/Western show business executives and top artists are VERY familiar with the Dimash phenomenon! Some don't know what to do with Dimash's unprecedented deep and broad talent incorporating multiple genres into a new and exciting Dimash sound. Others are extremely resistant to the Dimash phenomenon because Dimash and team are fiercely independent and the controllers of the industry want more control over Dimash. This is why the loving and supportive relationship between Dimash and DEARS is SOOOOOOOO important! The good news is there's about 10% of very talented artists and creative executives in America/West who will be great team members for Dimash. Alga!

I am enjoying other countries and how they handle music. I love how it is not so commercial as America has become. America is filled with promoters using auto tune on everything and every body. I hate auto tune and I know that they will try to auto tune Dimash. The people who have the $ and control also try to control what genre a singer sings in and they try to control what songs and how performances look. There is too much attention to sexy dancing and auto tune and what is catchy so that they can market music. My hope is that Dimash will not be pressured in this way in America and will keep his stubborn and strong independence. I know that he wants to learn western ideas and he wants a Grammy, but even the Grammy's have become too focused on control and marketing with too much sex and booty in performances. I hope that it will be Dimash, with his huge following and devoted fans that will bring the western world back to creativity, ability, talent, beauty, and focus on quality. If anyone can do this, it will be Dimash. He will be up against a huge marketing machine, but the people want good music, beautiful voices, songs with wonderful content, and artists with integrity to rise up and win over the marketing $ people who are in control too much of the time. Thank you for all that you do to promote Dimash!

As an American who has been a Dear for nearly five years I long for the day when every American is familiar with Dimash but I have come to the unhappy realization that he simply does not appeal to everyone. I have tried to introduce him to my friends and acquaintances but have sadly learned that many of them simply do not like his style. I sometimes feel alone in my never ending love for Dimash which is why I am so glad to be able to share his incredible music and talent with others via youtube reaction videos. We have to accept also that Dimash has refused to compromise his creativity in order to gain success in America and, I think, that is the way we all hope he will continue to be.
Also, good point about the scale and technology of China and the rest of the world that has embraced Dimash (while America has yet to fully embrace him...though we American DEARS are fierce and growing!) So, what do you think is the key important difference between China's way and the American way?
